    In order to grasp the pricing power to digest the rising labor costs, Wenhua down also began to build its own brand of domestic sales.

    Lin Shannan said that its own brand accounts for less than 10% of its total sales and will increase to about 30% in the next two years.


    Due to the rising labor costs, Chen Lang is also accelerating pformation and upgrading.

    He made three revisions for the trademark design of the product, hoping to catch the eye of customers from the product to the overall fashion design of the trademark at the Canton Fair, from the foundry to the export of the independent brand, and at the same time, expand the domestic brand market.


    Not only is the severe shortage of labour in the Pearl River Delta region, but also the situation in the Yangtze River Delta and Bohai rim is not optimistic.

    Since the beginning of this year, many toy and textile enterprises pferred from South Korea to Shandong have been closed down, which are closely related to the shortage of labor and the rising labor costs.


    "This year, our workers' wages have risen by 30%~50%, which is more affected by the labor cost than the exchange rate. At present, the cost of labor in Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia is much cheaper than ours, and the workers are also adequate. The production matching will also follow up in the coming years. Some of our customers are prepared to pfer some orders to the production over there. Now we can only work towards high value-added and well designed products."
