Before the subprime crisis, I might have to be patient.

After the subprime mortgage crisis, I was more worried: China can not become Iceland, Beingmate people can not become Lehman brothers! In fact, we have realized the relative pains of learning and progress to Beingmate: the internal operation management can not keep up with the requirements of strategic development and business expansion, and the performance of all aspects can not keep up with the speed of brand reputation.

In every aspect, we still need to make progress urgently. These progress can only come from our every Beingmate people's down-to-earth learning and spontaneous efforts. If we do not lack the sense of competition and elites, then we should continue to implant and strengthen this awareness, and more importantly, we should promptly and fully plate into action for learning.
