Q: Why did it take a shower?
Ding Yong: I always regard myself as a participant or spectator, just take part in it.
Maybe just smoke.

The problem is not enough, but our idea is that the smoke will dissipate, leaving only the bathhouse. The picture includes people, clothing, behavior and even the bathhouse. These are all things in the past. This kind of past is a sense of eternity, and as the smoke slowly dispersed, it will become clearer.
Q: where does the inspiration come from?
Ding Yong: first of all, clothing is related to clothes, and bathing is related to clothes removal. I want to express the subtle effects between the two.
The whole show is dominated by black and white. I want to painstakingly depict some black and white effects.
I used to have done a lot of work in the past 80s, such as buying tickets and poking the drains, so I can do a lot of life oriented themes.
When we were working in a large factory, we were particularly attached to the baths.
At that time, I felt that it was only when I took a bath that I felt very happy, relaxed and free.
Q: why is the head of a model covered and the body wrapped? What do you want to express through this sense of constraint?
Ding Yong: the whole show runs through the theme of bath.
It is a memory of 80s. There are military uniform or work clothes and some men's suits. These structures express the sense of the times in 80s.
There are many clothes to wear pants on the top of the jacket. It feels very constrained, and the feeling of stretching hands and feet can not be opened. This is probably the kind of depressed feeling of the people of that era (80s of last century).
Only bathing can make people feel free and happy, including the faces of models in the show, and finally enhance the effect of bathing.
Q: the characteristics of Das are back to nature, and this show expresses a lot of sense of constraint. Are the two contradictions?
Ding Yong: to return to nature does not need to return to the real grassland, but to return to the essence of human nature and the most real feeling.
Q: what is the relationship between the three elements of fashion, life and practicality?
Ding Yong: a lot of I want to achieve performances and stage effects. The brand of Da Yai Yan is very practical, has a unique brand culture, is very original, has not walked the clothing show, because I have always wanted to link clothing, behavior and painting more closely.
I want to make some attempts to explore clothes and images, feelings and behaviors. These are experiments.
I think there are more such things that will be better seen in fashion.
