Qin Tao, 18, has been working in the factory since 2009.

Every day, he and his colleagues will complete the solar panel encapsulation in the workshop, and then pack the products packaged by the shop outside the workshop according to the order.

In contrast to the entire solar cell production line, Qin Tao admitted that his job was "not very technical."

When I first arrived in Wenling, my parents worried that I could not do well, and advised me to make shoes.

Local media reported that in 2009, the company had nearly 4000 employees in the shoemaking industry, with an annual output value of 400 million yuan, and only 220 employees in the new energy sector, with sales reaching 260 million yuan.

Wenling has the reputation of "the famous shoe city in China".

There are nearly 6000 shoemaking enterprises in the city, with more than 800 million pairs of shoes and an output value of about 25000000000 yuan.

After the global financial crisis, many shoemaking enterprises in Wenling began to seek breakthroughs in the industry. By adjusting the product mix and strengthening technological pformation, efforts were made to increase the added value of products and gradually take the road of pformation and upgrading.
