Regarding the situation faced by the dyed fabric industry in the future, Xu Wenying pointed out: "cotton prices have risen sharply in the first three quarters of this year. In August, the price of international cotton continued to rise, and the price of New York futures was close to 15 years ago.

At the same time, the price increase of cotton yarn and the appreciation of RMB cause the cost of color weaving enterprises to rise, and the situation in the future is more complicated.

At present, although our yarn dyed fabric market is very good, but the profit margin is small, we want to solve this problem, but also through many efforts. "

It is understood that although the relevant agencies predict that global cotton supply and demand can basically maintain a balance, but the domestic cotton shortfall is still causing instability in the enterprise.

Xu Wenying said: "the current cotton price has been out of the normal market demand and is at a stage of great risk.

This year, several competing competitions of state cotton and cotton have been fierce. The price is getting higher and higher, and the auction cotton has been robbed.

At the same time, cotton prices also rose, cotton futures prices continued to rise, since November 2008, an increase of more than 50%.

The record high of national cotton prices and the strong limit of cotton futures have created a strong psychological expectation for the cotton market. If cotton futures prices continue to strengthen, the mentality of this price increase will undoubtedly become stronger.

Against this background, it is very important for cotton textile enterprises to strengthen self-discipline.

On how to solve the problem of raw material demand of enterprises, Xu Wenying said: "we should increase the use of chemical fiber, increase the yarn content, strengthen management, save cotton and other means to reduce the amount of cotton. We should pay close attention to the price trend of cotton and make timely loans to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise."

He also appealed: "we should strengthen self-discipline and buy less cotton. The agricultural sector has indicated that cotton can meet the demand of 7 million tons next year. The agencies predict that cotton will increase in the US and Australia next year, and that the supply and demand of cotton will be balanced and high cotton prices will not last.

The price of yarn dyed fabric and printing and dyeing cloth will not go up, and the price of clothing will not rise. Then the price of yarn will not support.

Therefore, to a certain extent, controlling production scale and limiting cotton yarn production is a measure to solve the problem in the face of the current situation. Limiting production can restrain cotton price and speed up the upgrading of product quality.

Subsequently, Xu Wenying said: "cotton spinning industry is an important pillar of the country's industry. Now the price of cotton is so high that it has caused a lot of pressure to some small and medium enterprises, and it is also unfavorable for the development of the industry.

Now, the appreciation of RMB, the intensification of domestic market competition, the tightening of capital environment, the increase of the cost of comprehensive factor (raw materials, energy and labor), but the price of international yarn dyed fabric is relatively stable. This makes the development situation faced by the industry not optimistic. Due to these unfavorable factors, the growth rate of industry investment is down, and the actual growth rate of exports is decreasing. We urgently hope that the state will issue new cotton quotas for the new year as early as possible, in particular, increase the quantity of daily cotton reserves and make the highest auction price on that day.

Zhu Beina, President of the China Cotton Textile Industry Association, made the "China 12th Five-Year development outlook" report. At the meeting, Xu Wenying listened carefully to the statements made by the representatives of dyed weaving enterprises, and repeatedly urged cotton textile enterprises to pay attention to strengthening risk prevention awareness, try not to stir fry cotton at the same time, seize the domestic and international market opportunities, strictly carry out self-discipline and management, and maintain the hard won situation of the cotton textile industry and maintain sustainable development.

In the face of some pertinent suggestions from enterprises, Xu Wenying said that he would seriously study and strive for coordination with relevant parties, improve the management of cotton import quota, and solve some practical problems as soon as possible to help enterprises develop.

It has a high level of social intensive production. From cotton yarn dyeing, weaving to printing, finishing and matching, it has promoted the rapid development of local clothing and bedding industry, and promoted the prosperity of the local economy.

In 2010 1~8, China's cotton textile industry actually completed investment of 57 billion 330 million yuan, accounting for 43.6% of the textile industry's actual investment, an increase of 15.08% over the same period last year, and 1303 new construction projects, a decrease of about 1.7% compared with the same period last year.

According to sub provinces, Henan Province, which actually completed the most investment in 1~8 months in 2010, is the fastest growing Hubei province.
