    The raw material of viscose staple is pulp, namely cotton pulp and wood pulp.

    In this process, some enterprises are in a predicament, while the southeast chemical fiber company still maintains its vigorous vitality, and its profits will not drop or increase.


    Southeast chemical fiber company is relying on this "line".


    Xu Fengcan said that the cost of "line" is about 150 thousand yuan per ton, the price is up to 550 thousand yuan per ton, and because of its good performance, the sales will not worry, only this one year will bring 20 million yuan profit for the enterprise.

    Southeast chemical fiber company also plans to invest 100 million yuan to increase the annual output of high-strength fiber from 100 tons to 500 tons.

    If it goes smoothly, the cost will be recovered after one year of production.


    Many enterprises also grasp the market pulse and move from low value-added to high added value.


    In 2004, Hengyi group and Rongsheng group, two chemical fiber enterprises, aimed at the market situation and joined forces together. In the first phase of Ningbo, they invested 3 billion 600 million yuan in the PTA terephthalic acid project, breaking the monopoly of the international market on the technology.

    With the production and construction of one production line, the two groups will have 5 million tons of production capacity and become the largest PTA producer in the world.


    Increase investment in energy conservation and emission reduction


    In the Hangzhou Xiaoshan District chemical fiber textile industry upgrading training plan (2009 - 2011), it is pointed out that the overall profitability of the chemical fiber textile industry is weak, and the market pricing power is lacking. The main reason is that the products produced by the enterprises are homogeneous and conventional products are the main ones. The underlying reason lies in the fact that the marketing and R & D investment of the enterprises is limited, including the lack of brand, marketing channels and technological innovation.

    Chemical fiber textile enterprises should implement dislocation competition, products should be differentiated, and market segments should be broken down to find new heights of profit growth.

    Over the years, the investment in energy saving and consumption reduction has gradually increased, and now it has accounted for 1/3 of the total R & D investment.

    Statistics show that in the international market, the production of 1 tons of viscose staple fiber is 1030 tons per day, while the consumption of pulp has dropped to 1020 tons.
