    Automatic storage and sorting system is a new topic in China.

    According to the characteristics and requirements of the system, combined with our research experience and application results of radio frequency identification technology (RFID) for a long time, we put forward a solution for the automatic storage and sorting system of clothing hanger, which integrates radio frequency identification technology and bar code technology.

    The purpose of this project is to control the system cost and improve the accuracy and bottleneck of the whole process.

    The speed of the system pmission line can reach 1.0~1.6 M / sec, the maximum efficiency of outgoing and warehousing per hour is 20000~32000 pieces / hour, which is 4~5 times higher than that of pure barcode system.

    3.1 system analysis


    1) compared with the bottleneck of efficiency, there are two bottlenecks in the current clothing distribution system.

    First of all, the information binding of clothing parts and hooks is before clothing enters the distribution center.

    In the case of barcode, the link information needs to be manually tied with the information linked to the hanger. Second, when a single garment is linked with a hanger, it is also necessary to manually bind the bar code information of the garment to the hook.

    All these have greatly affected the efficiency of the entire distribution process, and become a bottleneck to be solved urgently.


    2) the hidden danger is that when the storage operator selects the clothing according to the picking list, after loading the selected garments into the delivery line, the central system can not determine whether the quantity and type of the selected garments are consistent with the picking list.

    This is precisely because the barcode system can only manage the hook level and can not detect the information of the clothing piece, so that it can not check the reason for the shipment, leading to the possibility of error.


    3.2 proposal


    1) application level of RFID


    Clothing parts: RFID labels are hoisted before each piece of clothing is put into storage. Labels are automatically issued by the card issuing machine according to the entry list, followed by clothing single parts in the distribution center until the clothing is out of storage to recover the labels.


    Hook: the labels and hooks on the hooks correspond to each other. Once labeling is applied, it is used throughout the life and circulated in the distribution center.

    In addition, the label on the hook is printed with bar code at the same time, and the bar code and label are also one-to-one correspondence.


    2) RFID's efficiency improvement


    When clothing comes in, the RFID reader automatically reads and labels the labels on clothing and hooks at once.

    At the same time, the information binding of garment combination hook when picking is eliminated (bottleneck two).


    3) RFID's improvement in accuracy.


    When the hanger is linked to the RFID reader in the picking area, the reader automatically reads the label information and checks with the picking list immediately to check whether the shipment is correct.


    4) the application meaning of barcode. Barcode is only used for hook level in this plan, which is used for binding information of goods and hangings when clothes are stored and stored.

    The reason for using bar code is that the operation of small range information is mainly carried out one by one, which has more advantages than RFID barcode. At the same time, the use of bar code system can reduce system cost.


    3.3 the specific process of distribution center


    1. Receiving and warehousing process


    The goods arrive platform, the hook is linked to the trolley, and is pported by the power suspension conveyor line. The clothes are hung on the unpowered suspension temporary storage line for checking and receiving. The card issuing machine sends and hangs the RFID tag according to the database to hang the clothes on the hook. When the car passes through the RFID antenna, the system automatically bundles the hooks and the clothes information automatically, according to the product information obtained by the RFID, the system automatically conveys the trolley to the designated storage partition.

    The distance, non-contact reading performance, reading information is accurate and reliable, efficient pmission line parts only use RFID system, so as to greatly improve the speed of pipeline operation, thereby improving the efficiency of distribution. When receiving goods, automatically bind bundles of clothes and hooks in batches and receive high efficiency. When picking up single pieces of clothing, there is no need to re bind the clothes and hook information after picking up the hooks, and the picking speed is fast. The barcode outlet checking is the review of the hook information, which belongs to the indirect review. The system is rechecked to the single item clothing, and the reliability is high. The domestic RFID equipment is cost-effective, the electronic label can be recycled, and the investment can be reused for a long time.
