Bo Foreign Clothing Expands Capacity To Challenge 100 Billion Yuan

According to the plan, the industrial city will be named "Suzhou Bo Yang Textile Industrial Park".

All-round expansion of capacity

It is reported that the Suzhou Bo Yang Textile Industrial Park is planned to be put into operation in three years, and the manufacturing industry which is not focused on by Bo Yang Group will expand in a large scale.

For example, the clothing plate, the largest garment manufacturer of Bo Yang Group, Suzhou Bo Yang Garments Co., Ltd. is currently only producing about 400000 sets of garments and selling more than 2000 yuan annually.

After completion of the industrial park, Suzhou Bo Yang garment company's capacity will expand to 300 million yuan, clothing processing capacity reached 6 million.

Bo Textile Group's first textile plate will also appear and grow rapidly.

According to the plan, it will build a knitting factory with a scale of 100 knitting machines and produce 10 thousand tons of knitted fabrics annually.

"Three years later, with the completion of the industrial city, Bo Yang's own manufacturing sector will enlarge more than ten times at most.

Within 5 years, the autonomous production plant has to meet the procurement needs of over 15% of its own brand supply chain.

Bo Yang's clothing dream is just beginning.

Bo Yang Group, which only pays attention to product design and brand marketing, how does it suddenly favor the manufacturing industry?

Faced with this doubt, Jung Chuan said, "the core of our pformation and upgrading is upgrading from light production to moderate production and processing, and strengthening the control power of independent production plants. This pformation is just for the sustained and healthy development of the brand."

Jung Chuan Chuan stressed that how to pform the new technology, new fabrics and new processes from the production line to competitive commodity circulation is not achieved by controlling brand management alone.

In addition, Jung Chuan Chuan is more optimistic about the prospect of manufacturing. "In recent two years, many voices are saying that the Chinese manufacturing industry, which is mainly processed by generation, will be declined. However, at the beginning of this year, we found that even in the clothing industry, the most profitable companies in China last year were those of the processing enterprises.

For example, in Ningbo, so many garment and textile enterprises, the most profitable last year is Shenzhou weaving.

There are indications that China's garment and textile manufacturing industry will also have bright prospects.

"Last year, UNIQLO's single brand sales reached almost 50 billion yuan, while China's largest clothing enterprise has only a few billion yuan of clothing brand sales." Jung Chuan Chuan pointed out that with the development of China's huge domestic demand market, China's garment manufacturing industry will usher in a great development. In the next 5 to 10 years, China will likely have annual clothing sales of hundreds of billions of dollars.
