Progress: according to the survey data of provincial Cotton Association, by November 18th, the cotton picking and selling progress this week is generally normal.
Picking accounted for 86.25% of the total, sales progress accounted for 74.21% of the total, sales accounted for 86.05% of the picking progress, and about 14% of the cotton on the cotton pole, about 12% of the cotton in the hands of cotton farmers.
In the same period last year, the picking progress was 90.45%, the sales progress was 84.21%, and the sales accounted for 93.11% of the picking progress. Compared with the same period last year, the picking rate was slow by 4 percentage points, and the sale was slow by 10 percentage points.
From the point of view of the survey, Rudong has made the fastest progress, and cotton picking has basically ended. The sale has reached 96%, and the acquisition has been swept away.

Two, cotton purchase price: last weekend, cotton futures prices fell, cotton purchase prices declined.
Taking grade three seed cotton as an example, the price of cotton in November is still rising from 10 to 13 days, and the price is between 13-14.6 yuan / kg.
From November 15th to November 18th, prices gradually declined, and the price was between 11.4-12.6 yuan / kg (individual still had more than 13 yuan / kg), which dropped by 1.6-2 yuan per kilogram.
The rate of increase in prices is also large, and the rate of decline is not large.
And basically stabilized after the fall, reflecting the mentality of cotton buyers and sellers is still stable.
Three, cotton sales prices: last week, 328 grade cotton sales price exceeded 30 thousand yuan / ton, out of the market for many years has not seen.
This week, the sale price of cotton dropped to varying degrees under the influence of seed cotton purchase price.
Take grade 328 cotton as an example. Last week the price was about 28 thousand and 800 yuan -3.26 yuan per ton.
This week, the price has been callback, with a general drop of 1000-3000 yuan per ton, down to 2.78-2.96 million per ton.
The moderate return of price provides an opportunity for some textile enterprises that need raw materials urgently.
