The products are not only sold domestically, but also exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as Korea, Italy, Japan and Turkey.

Since the 90s of last century, the export volume of viscose filament in egret chemical fiber group has accounted for more than 30% of the total export volume of the country, with a total foreign exchange earning of US $670 million.

From 1992 to 2009, the Group paid a total tax of nearly 2 billion yuan, and has been appraised as "the top ten competitiveness of China's chemical fiber industry" for many years.

These flash figures witness the great leap forward development of enterprises.

Strength lays the foundation

The first 20 years of egrets ran on the track of closed planned economy and lived on a high employment and low income day. However, "creating history" is enough to make egrets proud.

After more than 6 months of production, the filament production was successful.

At this point, egret chemical fiber filament and short silk have all been put into operation, reaching the requirement of "high standard and high level", and praised by the State Ministry of textile industry.

The egret chemical fiber, as the backbone enterprise of the first batch of chemical fiber industry in China, has been engraved on the history of China. It is engraved on the hearts of the Chinese people. It is unquestionably becoming a symbol of the development and progress of China's chemical fiber industry, and is also the glory left by the history to the egrets.

In the past 30 years, especially in the past 10 years, the reform and opening up has injected new vitality into the enterprise, and the enterprise has entered a fast track of development.

The company has new projects every year, and one is built, and the scale and economic benefit are improved.

In 1987, the first phase of the second filament workshop, with an annual output of 2000 tons, was put into operation.

In 1988, a 1000 ton filament project was put into operation.

In 1994~1995, second short silk production workshop, one phase and two phase, the total output of 10 thousand tons was completed and put into operation, so that the annual output of short silk increased to 20 thousand tons.

Moreover, the construction of the second short silk workshop has shortened the construction period by 1 years compared with the same scale project in the whole country, and saved 50 million yuan.

In 1996, it invested 50 million yuan and invested 40 million yuan in 1997, and two medium-sized trial shops of viscose filament have been put into operation one after another.

In 1999, an annual output of 3000 tons of viscose filament continuous spinning project was put into operation.

The product has the advantages of large volume, no joint, less wool and even dyeing. It is especially suitable for shuttleless looms, high-speed weaving, knitting and thread making industries.

In 2000, an annual output of 4000 tons of viscose filament project was put into operation. In 2003, the annual production of 5000 tons of semi continuous spinning viscose filament project and the 10000 tons continuous spinning viscose filament project were put into operation, which made the continuous spinning viscose filament production reach a new stage.

In 2004 and 2007, the annual production of 8000 tons of differential spandex fiber project was completed and put into operation in two phases. It filled the gap of spandex production in Henan province and became the largest and most advanced spandex production line in the Midwest of China.

In 2007, egrets also collected 2600 mu of land in Xinxiang Industrial Park, and built second production bases with an annual output of 100 thousand tons, opening the prelude of "two pioneering work".

The first and two projects were put into operation in 2009 and July 2010 respectively.

In September 2010, the 12 thousand phase spandex two phase project has started construction.

Leading products will form filament, short silk and spandex.

The company has established provincial-level technology centers, postdoctoral scientific research workstations, and provincial chemical fiber engineering technology research centers.

And through the quality management system, environmental management system certification, obtained OeKo-Tex Standard 100 eco textile certification.

Egrets created many "first" in the same industry at home and abroad, filled dozens of production technology gaps in viscose field, and obtained and applied for more than 40 national patents.

"Egrets" viscose filament and viscose staple fiber were selected as "China's famous brand products".

The egret chemical fiber has laid the leading position in the viscose industry by strength.
