Procedures For Handling Export Rights

　　 Export right Of Handling procedures :

　 First go to the trade and Industry Bureau to increase the business license (business scope must include "import and export of goods" or "technology import and export" business), and then go to the foreign trade department of the Municipal Bureau of foreign trade and economic cooperation for the record. Enterprises need to go to the foreign trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau for the record. Submission materials As follows:

(1) the registration form for registration of foreign trade operators submitted online;

(2) photocopy of the business license after the change;

(3) copy of organization code certificate, which is exempt from individual business.

(4) individual industrial and commercial households shall submit the property notarization certificate issued by the legal notarial institution (original).

(5) a foreign-capital enterprise first changes its business license and approval certificate, and then submits a certificate of capital credit issued by a legally notarized institution (original).

After obtaining the registration form for foreign trade operators, enterprises need to go through the following procedures before conducting normal foreign trade business.

(1) registration at the local customs;

(2) obtain the cancellation number at the local foreign exchange bureau;

(3) input of IC card in provincial customs clearance center.

(4) the Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau confirms the seal on the Internet.

(5) the industrial and commercial bureaus and the Inland Revenue bureaus on the spot shall identify the seals on the Internet.

(6) the provincial customs clearance center opens the card.

(7) the local foreign economic and Trade Bureau shall examine the seal on the Internet.

(8) the foreign exchange administration of the locality shall examine and approve the seal.

(9) the material is sent back to the local customs for examination and confirmation.

(10) customs IC card is open to use.

(11) the enterprise will fax the customs registration book to the Municipal Bureau of foreign trade and economic cooperation for future statistical management.
