2019 China Textile Industry Patent Award Review Meeting Held

On August 16-18, the 2019 China Textile Industry Patent Award review meeting was held in Wujiang, Jiangsu. Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, Sun Jinliang, Jiang Shicheng and Yu Jianyong of the Chinese Academy of engineering, Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Industry Federation, Peng Yanli, director of science and technology development department, and renowned experts from industry associations, universities, research institutes and enterprises participated in the review. The conference was jointly organized by the Ministry of science and technology development of the China Federation of textile industry and the national advanced functional fiber innovation center.

Since the establishment of the patent award of China's textile industry since 2017, the evaluation has always adhered to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality. This year, the "China Textile Industry Patent Award comprehensive business management platform" was developed. In this year's patent award and evaluation work, online reporting and network evaluation were implemented, which effectively improved the quality and efficiency of the declaration.

A total of 149 application materials were received this year, including 32 textile products, 47 chemical fiber industry, 25 dyeing and finishing, 45 mechanical automation. After formal examination, Internet review, professional group review, and evaluation committee review, the proposed award list will be publicized (see the end of the paper). It is understood that the China Textile Alliance will award the "China Patent Award" to the award-winning patent.

Relying on technological innovation to promote industrial transformation and upgrading is an important means for the sustainable development of the textile and garment industry. The key to opening the door to this road is intellectual property, especially the emphasis on innovation. Based on this, the Ministry of science and technology development of China Textile Industry Federation, under the guidance of patent strategy, aims to enhance the recognition and innovation consciousness of enterprises in the field of intellectual property work through the evaluation of patent awards, and promote the construction of textile power with more powerful innovative technologies.

Attaching importance to intellectual property rights and creating industry innovation atmosphere

At present, attaching importance to patent work has become the consensus of the industry. Jiang Shicheng, a member of the Chinese Academy of engineering, said at the event that China's textile industry has developed through decades of efforts to innovate. Many of them have already been in the advanced level of the world in terms of technology, equipment, brand and quality, and have even been in the leading position of the world in some areas. At present, some new changes have taken place in enterprises and even the whole industry in the market competition. These changes have created very good conditions for the scientific and technological innovation of the industry. At the same time, we should see that today's industry innovation is no longer a discipline, a professional problem, many innovations have realized cross disciplinary, cross industry and cross disciplinary integration. Relying on these resources, China's textile industry will certainly be able to form a development model with Chinese characteristics. Li Lingshen, vice chairman of the China Federation of textile industry, said at the meeting that this appraisal activity featured a highly innovative industry patent with high quality, good efficiency and strong demonstration effect. It has great guiding function for optimizing the structure of the industry and enhancing the capability of independent innovation. The promotion of technology research, intellectual property protection, the construction of scientific and technological innovation platform and major scientific and technological projects are the foundation for the scientific and technological work and innovation of the textile industry. At present, the textile industry has nearly 40 thousand patents for inventions and utility models in one year, and we should constantly screen out patents with good quality, high efficiency and strong demonstration ability to promote the scientific and technological progress of the whole industry.

This year, the textile industry patent award has been selected for third years. Peng Yanli, deputy director general of the China Textile Industry Federation and director of the Ministry of science and technology development, said at the appraisal meeting that on the basis of the previous two reviews, the review has been newly arranged and arranged. The new evaluation method based on the summary of past work is more conducive to deepening the work of intellectual property rights and innovation in the industry. With the platform of the Accreditation Committee, we will deepen the work of intellectual property protection and innovation in the industry. Construction of industrial chain and marketing promotion

In June 12th, the national advanced functional fiber innovation center construction project has been proved to be the first national innovation center in the consumer goods field, textile industry and private enterprise through demonstration, and this review will be held in the national advanced functional fiber innovation center, and it has its special significance.

As the innovation center of the thirteenth manufacturing industries in the country, the national advanced functional fiber innovation center is of great significance to the textile industry. Based on the new development starting point, taking market demand as the guide, and taking the new center of functional fiber as the platform, further gathering all kinds of resources will help to dredge the links and channels between science and technology, basic research and engineering industrialization, and comprehensively enhance the innovation ability of the textile industry. Wang Huaping, director of the fiber innovation center, said at the Forum on intellectual property that as the first state-level advanced functional fiber manufacturing industry center, it is necessary to provide support for the transformation and upgrading of the fiber industry and provide common key technologies. It is necessary to promote the development of the whole innovation element according to the collaborative innovation of terminal demand; to establish a standardized system that meets the needs of consumers and market demands, and to establish the product system of the whole industry, and to do well in incubation and cultivation through the integration of industrial chain construction.
