Lian Xiaomin, secretary and chairman of the Party committee of Zhejiang Federation of overseas Chinese, said that in recent years, the Federation of overseas Chinese in the province has actively explored the mode of "entrepreneurs + public funds + Hai Zhi", giving full play to the role of important overseas Chinese groups, well-known overseas Chinese leaders, leading overseas Chinese enterprises and high-end talents. On the round table forum, Wang Weijia, a 44 year old Swedish overseas Chinese businessman, shared his experience in the development of clothing enterprises. When she returned to China 16 years ago, she landed the company in Pinghu, Jiaxing. The company has more than 700 employees since its initial development, and its efficiency has increased year by year.
