Use non professional, plain language or image figures and clever metaphors to express the esoteric theories and terminology of financial accounting, so that people can accept and convince them.

Only when we understand it can we listen to it. Only when we listen to it can we have the chance to get support and understanding, so that we can make a sound and vivid financial work in the unit.

The three is interdepartmental communication skills.

When a sudden situation occurs, financial personnel can not just stay in the financial sector to seek solutions. They must immediately find relevant personnel to deal with them, such as medical institutions, departments and departments, because the relationship between departments is interlinked. Only by coordinating all links can we properly solve the problems.
