    Anti Slip Design Of Sole Pattern

    The phenomenon of slippage on the surface of shoes is mainly caused by Sole Between ground and ground Friction To a certain extent. When the outsole of the pattern is used, it is subjected to pressure, and the flake pattern is easy to dump.        Outsole pattern Another design method of anti slip is adsorption. Adsorption is to make the whole or part of the outsole adsorbed on the ground so as to achieve the purpose of anti slip. There are two ways to design anti slipping by adsorption, that is, the overall adsorption and partial adsorption of the outsole. The overall adsorption is to contact the ground around the bottom, leaving the four periphery and not touching the ground, so that the outsole becomes a bottomed shaped leather bowl. After adsorption, it is adsorbed on the ground after pressure. However, this adsorption method usually requires a flat bottom. Over the past ten years, the bottom of the molded outsole tends to have a certain front warping so as to meet the need of bending the foot when it is moving. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve the overall adsorption. Instead, it is partial adsorption. The local adsorption is designed with several bowl shaped suckers on the front and rear heel parts of the outboard, with the bending of the shoe, when the sucker touches the ground, it plays the role of anti sliding.
