    A variety of exhibitions have various exhibits, flying in the sky, helicopters, and moving objects on the ground can all enter the main exhibition grounds, so there will be different requirements for the exhibition freight. Exhibitors should decide whether to use their own or hire transport handling equipment according to the content and quantity of the goods, or simply entrust the transport company. They can get many useful suggestions at the exhibition carrier, because the latter is responsible for building process and coordination work, for example, when many suppliers arrive at the same time, arrange the order, they also hire manpower and equipment.


    There are two kinds of loading and unloading possibilities for exhibition booth construction. Since exhibitors do not have to worry about this link, they can save some corresponding expenses. Besides, those easily damaged items such as glass or Dali slate must be transported only once. If the quantity is small or the goods are delivered ahead of schedule, it is best to centrally transport. Before starting construction, the goods should be delivered to the exhibition carrier, where they will temporarily store the goods and send them to the booth at the required time. It should be noted that the bulky and occupied items are best transported to the scene. Generally, there is not a truck crane in the exhibition hall, which can lift these materials. But if the booth is built more than half, such machines will be useless. Of course, a professional exhibition carrier can certainly try every means to get all the exhibits into the exhibition hall, and sometimes perform a good play. Imagine if the distance between the crane and the booths on the two sides is only ten centimeters, compared with the huge body, this gap is almost the same as "one hair". When things are not allowed to move from the gate, then the "hard weather freight group" is useless. They first remove objects from the vehicle, then install wheels on them, and finally push them into the exhibition hall by hand. Another situation is that exhibitors unload their own cargo without entrust exhibitors to the exhibition. At this time, there are 11 kinds of fixed equipment for hire, including fork loaders and manual small cranes. By the rush hour, all kinds of machines, and even some special machines, such as 12 tons of forklifts, have been put into use. Sometimes 50 machines work at the same time without interruption. At the first glance, the construction of vehicles on the spot is at a high level. In this case, the exhibitors had better make an appointment for transportation 6 to 8 weeks ahead of schedule.
