Article 1 organization and purpose

The scope of duties is as follows

11. provide technical assistance to organizers of trade fairs, especially the organizers of developing countries.
The Federation of international fairs will not interfere in the internal affairs of members, but members will give the International Fair Federation the right to act in order to ensure good relations between members.
Second institutions
To achieve the above goals, the organization of the International Fair is set up as follows:
1. top management institutions
The membership of the Federation of international fairs (the most important body of the Federation of international fairs is found in its thirteenth article).

The sixth definition
According to the eighth provision of this statute, the legal person who holds the same international trade fair for more than 3 times and has the right permanent facilities (Private Companies, official or semi official body) or natural person has the conditions of the union.
All members have the same rights according to the fourteenth articles of this Charter concerning the right to vote during the general assembly.
Seventh conditions for admission to members
An organizer has at least one exhibition that meets the requirements of the eighth provision of this statute and may be admitted as an affiliate member.
An exhibition organized by third parties on the venue of a member's organizer can not be declared and approved by a member organizer under any circumstances.
Members of the alliance must be completely unreservedly accepted by the constitution, any provisions that the alliance may make and the amendments made by the Federation in conformity with these articles of association.
Eighth conditions for recognized Exhibition
The alliance identifies possible exhibitions based on the following conditions
1. must be an international exhibition that meets the standards set out in the third paragraph of this article.

3. must have one of the following conditions (and give proof):
* (directly or indirectly) the number of exhibitors in foreign countries is not less than 20% of the total number of exhibitors;

4. the exhibition should use appropriate permanent facilities and provide users with all the services they need, especially the reception, assistance and information services to exhibitors and foreign visitors; application forms, advertising materials, and Expo directories should not only be printed in foreign languages, but also in French, English or German.
5. no non-commercial activities can be conducted at the venue or during the exhibition.
During the exhibition, science, technology and education meetings and conferences that are consistent with the contents of the exhibition shall not be restricted by this clause.
6. the exhibition only allows producers, exclusive agents and wholesalers to participate in the exhibition. No other businessmen or agents are allowed to participate in the exhibition.
7. prohibition of cash pactions in principle, that is, exhibitors directly sell goods at the booth.
8. the exhibition should be held regularly and the exhibition will not exceed two weeks.
9. as an international exhibition, it has been held regularly at least three times.
The different economic structure, geographical location and the nature of time exhibits have resulted in a wide variety of exhibitions. Some exhibitions can not fully meet the above requirements.
The steering committee may recommend exceptions.
Ninth discrimination clause
Members of the alliance shall not impose any restrictions on exhibiting their discontent, and prevent them from participating in other exhibitions or fairs recognized by the alliance.
Tenth procedures for acceptance and recognition and revocation
Applications for admission to new members and recognized exhibitions must be filed with the league as soon as possible, and the relevant documents required by the Secretary General must be reviewed not later than the end of December.
A representative appointed by one or several steering committees shall be examined, and the expenses of the inspectors shall be borne by the applicant.
In a simple majority, the General Assembly decides the proposal of the Steering Committee on the admission of members and the proposal for the approval of the exhibition in accordance with the article eighth of this constitution.
After this, if the membership, the exhibition does not have or no longer have the relevant conditions, it can be revoked to its approval.
The general assembly, by the majority of the attendance or representation of the representative 2/3, is not clear about the decision to withdraw or accept the decision that the member concerned may disagree with this decision, and the decision can be retracted if the same majority vote is passed by the general assembly.
Eleventh exits and revocation
Any member can withdraw from the alliance.
It is necessary to notify the Union and pay the payment and subscription before registration by September 30th of that year.
If the exhibition no longer meets the requirements specified in the eighth clause above, the union members may request the withdrawal of the Union; the recognized exhibition.

Twelfth expulsion
In accordance with the proposal of the steering committee, the majority of the 2/3 may be expelled from the general assembly for the following reasons:
1. failing to comply with this constitution, especially those who fail to comply with the eighth provision of this regulation.

The third chapter alliance Conference
Thirteenth general assembly tasks

According to the table below, the votes of members are 1 to 6 votes:

From 200000 square meters or above
Each member will send a representative to the conference. If a few delegates are present, one of the delegates must be appointed to vote before the opening of the conference, and the Secretary General will be notified.
If a member can not be represented at the conference, he may delegate to other members. The power of attorney must be sent to the chairman before the meeting begins.
Fifteenth voting conditions
The number of members attending or represented by the Congress reaches the 2/3 number of the members of the alliance, and the votes of the general assembly are valid.
Election of the president of the general assembly, members of the steering committee, auditors, admission of new members, recognition of new exhibitions, expulsion of members, cancellation of exhibition recognition, secret ballot.
For all debates on the general assembly, a ballot or a show of hands will be adopted for voting. However, the majority of the delegates may also vote by no vote.

The sixteenth election
Election of delegates

A country or a group of countries can have up to 4 consultants representatives in the steering committee.

The seventeenth convening meeting

The fourth chapter is the chairman of the alliance.
The duties of the nineteenth Chairman

The duties of the twenty-second vice chairmen

If the chairman fails to perform his duties, the chairman of the most qualified vice chairman will take the responsibility until the next session.

The duties of the twenty-third Treasurers
The treasurer is responsible for the property safety of the union, checking accounts, executing the financial decisions of the general assembly and steering committee, supervising the revenue and expenditure, and reporting the financial situation to the steering committee and the general assembly.
At the end of each fiscal year (from October 1st to September 30th of next year), the treasurer will make final accounts for the previous year and prepare for the next year's budget. Seventh chapter financial regulations
The twentieth Finance Committee

Twenty-ninth contributions
In order to meet the needs of the alliance, members should pay their contributions.
The contribution is calculated on the basis of the total net area occupied by the members at the approved international exhibition in the previous year.
The outdoor area is calculated on the basis of only 33% of the room.
Members should not report these statistics later than January 31st.
In accordance with the recommendation of the steering committee, the general assembly has implemented the following principles of implementation:

Eighth chapter legal provisions
Thirty-first amendments to the Constitution
The articles of association must be amended by attending the absolute majority of the general assembly.
Thirty-second dissolution
A special session convened or convened specially for this purpose may declare the dissolution of the union, which must be approved by a majority of at least 2/3.
Once the alliance is dissolved, the assets of the alliance will be converted into cash and will be paid in proportion to the amount paid by the members in the past 5 years, but this amount will not exceed 5 years' subscription.
Thirty-third arbitration clause
Any proposal requiring legal decisions must be referred to the Paris general court.
