On November 19 this year, Shengzhou tie Logistics Co., Ltd., established by eight tie enterprises in Shengzhou, signed a cooperation project with Yongfu County, Guangxi Province, with an annual output of 500 tons of white silk and 1000 tons of twisted yarn.

In June last year, the city's key tie enterprises also established nearly one million mu sericulture bases in Sichuan and Yunnan.

Zhou Qingyu, Executive Deputy Secretary General of Shengzhou tie industry association, said that after these bases are formed, the annual output of silk can reach 80 million tons, and Shengzhou can master the discourse power of raw materials. Jin Yao, chairman of babei group, the largest tie enterprise in China, said: "the whole Shengzhou tie industry will have an unprecedented ability to control costs."

There are more than 1300 tie enterprises in Shengzhou, with an annual output of 300 million ties and a consumption of over 5000 tons of silk. 95% of its raw materials are purchased from other places, accounting for more than 10% of the total silk consumption in China. As soon as the raw material market is affected, the necktie industry in Shengzhou will fluctuate accordingly. It is difficult to resist the wind test only by one enterprise. Therefore, it is of great significance for enterprises to jointly expand the raw material base.

A more capital significant move is that Shengzhou has set up a special fund for the development of sericulture bases and plans to build a sericulture reserve and allocation center.

Since this year, with the rising price of silk raw materials, Shengzhou necktie garment enterprises are under pressure. The establishment of the export base has injected new impetus into the industrial development. In less than a year, Shengzhou export base has operated more than 1000 tons of silk. Shengzhou tie industry has not only guaranteed the supply of raw materials, but also formed a certain advantage in price.

In June last year, the new signboard of Shengzhou tie Logistics Co., Ltd. was put up in the factory area of babei group. The company, jointly established by seven local leading tie enterprises, has played an important role in gathering resource advantages. Last year, the logistics company purchased 500 tons of white factory silk in the form of group, and has purchased more than 1000 tons of white factory silk this year. Due to the advantages of group buying, the prices of silk raw materials of these tie enterprises are obviously lower than the market prices.

Zhou Qingyu introduced that several logistics companies, including Shengzhou tie Logistics Co., Ltd., purchased raw materials by expanding sericulture base, contract agreement and group purchase, which played a certain role in reducing the production cost of enterprises.

It is the control of upstream products that, since this year, under the situation of rising raw material prices, the output value of neckties in Shengzhou is still growing at a rapid speed. From January to October, the export value of neckties was 220 million US dollars, an increase of 14.74% over the same period of last year.

More than 26 enterprises in Shengzhou need to produce neckties in one process. In recent years, Shengzhou has launched 26 transformation and upgrading projects to guide tie enterprises out of the "small and comprehensive" development pattern, and re integrate the industrial chain through scientific division of labor. In addition to purchasing raw materials in a unified way, several United logistics companies have also concentrated upstream projects in the necktie industry, such as warehousing, printing and dyeing, and sewing, etc., which revitalize the member enterprises by hundreds of millions of yuan every year.

Tie manufacturers are in action. As the supporting enterprises of necktie production, some silk fabric finishing enterprises in Shengzhou also embarked on the road of alliance. In the first half of the year before last, three finishing enterprises, Huaye, Panshi and Jingang, jointly established Shengzhou's largest tie finishing enterprise, Sanxin finishing industry, to undertake 60% of Shengzhou's tie finishing business. As the three enterprises have their own characteristics in terms of smoothness and flatness, they have achieved complementary advantages. Originally, the three companies had 12 transport vehicles, but now only 4 vehicles are needed. The original three large boilers, now only one, can save more than 1 million yuan of energy each year.

Shengzhou municipal government is from a macro and long-term perspective, to create a development platform for the tie industry. On November 26 this year, Shengzhou held the foundation laying ceremony for the project of "tie clothing Home Textile City · International Exhibition Center" of China Tie city logistics center. It is understood that the project is one of the important components of China Tie city logistics center, with a total area of 121 mu, a total construction area of about 120000 square meters, and a total investment of 300 million yuan. The logistics center of China Tie city after its completion is a modern professional market group integrating transaction, storage, exhibition, scientific research, information, logistics and business, which will become a new landmark building of Shengzhou.

In addition to the physical platform construction, Shengzhou municipal government also invested 10 million yuan to build an e-commerce platform. Shengzhou City and "Alibaba" have jointly implemented the "three-year action plan" for the application of e-commerce in cluster industries. So far, more than 8 million yuan has been invested. At present, more than 1000 small and medium-sized enterprises in the city have become Chinese suppliers and chengxintong members. Shengzhou tie enterprises have expanded their sales channels with the help of "special channel". For example, since the application of e-commerce, the sales volume of Shengzhou tie enterprises has increased by 50% year on year. At the same time, 104 enterprises obtained 166 million yuan of joint guarantee loans through network joint guarantee.

Through the use of silk modified antibacterial technology, silk modified weight gain technology and digital weaving technology with independent intellectual property rights, the annual production capacity of 500 tons of functional (modified) real silk and 2.5 million meters of high-grade silk fabric is formed.

With the help of the research and development of Shengzhou Institute and the establishment of the research and development center of foreign colleges and universities, we can further enhance the design ability of the design industry.

Shengzhou has invested more than 10 million yuan to establish the national tie clothing quality inspection center and Shengzhou tie industry science and technology promotion center, which provides technical support for the in-depth development of the tie industry.
