In addition to the characteristics of ordinary cotton viscose fibers, differential jute pulp also preserves the antibacterial, bacteriostasis, moisture absorption, sweat, dyeing and biodegradability properties of natural hemp fibers. It is a new product of differential and functional viscose fiber, and has broad market prospects in textile and industrial fiber dimension.
Jute processing technology is difficult, fiber separation is low, spinnability is poor, and decolorization is difficult. Therefore, jute pulp fiber technical barriers are high, the product price is as high as 24000 yuan / ton, gross profit margin is more than 35%.
Once the project is successful and industrialized, the annual sales revenue will reach 1 billion 80 million yuan, and the net profit will be 284 million yuan, and the company will raise EPS0.33 yuan.
