Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau
After on-site inspection of Phoenix Bamboo textile, the company was ordered to rectify the problem for the time being.
The decision shows that the company mainly has problems in governance and internal control, including: some articles of the articles of association do not meet the requirements; three, the operation is not standardized; some internal control systems are imperfect, and some internal control systems are not implemented.
Financial system and accounting problems include: accounting treatment is not appropriate; cash management confusion; false bank acceptance bill; some documents did not comply with the company's financial expenditure approval system to implement the approval process.
In view of the above problems, Feng Zhu textile said that it would give detailed explanations to these problems within 30 days and put forward practical and feasible measures.
Rectification
Measures, and submit a rectification report to the Fujian Securities Regulatory Commission, and the rectification report will be disclosed in time without any objection after being examined by the Fujian securities regulatory bureau.
