5 years ago, the first Maisha SPA opened on the Panyu road. In the first few months, all the small furnishings, bottles, cans and so on were collected by Wang Ying from all over the country. Later, there were more opportunities to go abroad. The porcelain bowls, smoked candles, aromatherapy, essential oils and so on in the shop became world-wide. Wang Ying said that MATHA was her "spiritual sustenance" and a place where her mind could rest after busy work. It will not be long before she flies to Japan, Thailand, Switzerland and Hongkong to experience different SPA hotels and convalescent centers, feeling the brand's temperament and service details. This is both work and life. Wang Ying described himself as a very clean person and would be very excited to find a good hotel abroad. She likes Japan very much because the Japanese are very dedicated and clean. The beauty show held in Japan will go every year.
After returning, she will teach the good SPA service that she has experienced abroad to the team. "Customers are the best teachers." Wang Ying said, "when you lie down and accept other people's SPA, it's the needs of your customers to dig out the real feelings inside you."
At the beginning of the two venture, she positioned MATHA as a SPA club with high end, different from peers, quality, sincerity to customers, service and hardware. Therefore, in the selection and training of employees, there are more "harsh" and rigorous.
"Everyone has a magnetic field." Wang Ying said, "when your hand touches the skin of a guest, you will feel it through the magnetic field at this moment. Adjusting the mentality of employees is the key. Only a good service mentality can make the guests reach a real physical and mental relaxation.
She likened MATHA's staff to her own children. "I love them!" she said.
"Our team is very young, and their minds are easy to get infected with each other, and they come together because they are like-minded and mutual recognition. When I am free, I like to chat with them, sometimes I talk late into the night. We will go shopping together, travel together, and we will call them home to have dinner together.
When she started her career, she even drove her own Ferrari to pick them up. Wang Ying laughed and said, "later I knew it was a good injury."
The dormitory is located in the upscale district not far from the store. Wang Ying said, "I will ask the dorm room to be packed simply, and the TV, air conditioning and water heater can not be less. I will also ask my aunt to take care of their daily life. Of course, they must be clean.
Today, the training base of MATHA has entered the decoration stage and will soon be put into use. Wang Ying's plan is, "in addition to the training room and the Yaguang room, there should be a garden, a few umbrellas in the garden, and coffee, so the students can relax and chat after class." She enjoys ways of thinking, such as attending classes, attending training, communicating with people, etc. She recently attended a luxury management course in Peking University, claiming to be very benefited. Learning and being happy is her life now. In her spare time, she would paint with her baby, and occasionally she would paint a few pens. At present, MATHA has opened 11 stores, and my goal is to open 40 chains in 2012.
She compares MATHA as a piece of work in her own creation. Seemingly light and casual strokes contain her "business secrets". She does not care if others agree or not. One day, she will be proud to display the product to the world.
In the future, she has many ideas. On the one hand, she will continue to expand the chain of MATHA and make the business of SPA bigger and stronger. On the other hand, she also needs to create the "SPA Hotel" and "beauty care center" in China, and also continue to make chains for the sake of cost consideration.
