　　2010年,面對(duì)極為復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融形勢(shì),在黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院的科學(xué)決策和正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,人民銀行堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),繼續(xù)實(shí)施適度寬松的貨幣政策,著力提高政策的針對(duì)性和靈活性,加強(qiáng)流動(dòng)性管理,引導(dǎo)金融機(jī)構(gòu)優(yōu)化信貸資源結(jié)構(gòu)配置,進(jìn)一步鞏固了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的良好勢(shì)頭;抓住時(shí)機(jī)繼續(xù)深化金融改革,農(nóng)業(yè)銀行順利完成股份制改革并成功上市,人民幣匯率形成機(jī)制改革進(jìn)一步推進(jìn),跨境人民幣業(yè)務(wù)取得突破性進(jìn)展,外匯管理重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域改革穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),銀行間債券市場(chǎng)加快發(fā)展;積極防范系統(tǒng)性金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn),嚴(yán)厲打擊異常外匯資金流入;加快金融法制和金融基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),不斷提升金融服務(wù)和管理水平;積極參與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)金融治理和區(qū)域合作,央行間貨幣合作取得新進(jìn)展;黨的建設(shè)、干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和反腐倡廉工作取得新成效,基層行建設(shè)和內(nèi)部管理水平進(jìn)一步提高。

It is the opening year of the 12th Five-Year plan, and the tasks of financial regulation, reform, development and stability are very heavy tasks.
