3. party a responsibility

(1) Party A completes the software installation and commissioning before the time required by Party B.

(2) the system administrator who is responsible for training party B and the maintenance period of the software are free of charge. The maintenance site is located at the location of party a company.

Within one year, the software provided by Party A was damaged due to the failure of hardware supplied by Party A.

(3) Party A can collect the cost of the expansion part if the functions are extended according to the requirements of Party B.

4. Party B's responsibility

(1) the material used in the commissioning system of the Party A is only for system testing, and shall not be used for KTV business or any other commercial activities for profit. Otherwise, all civil and criminal liabilities involved shall be borne by Party B.

(2) Party B shall not be responsible for the activities required by Party B for business or other business activities for profit.

(3) Party B shall be responsible for Party A's expenses arising from the damage caused by the system and the need for Party A's on-site service.

5. other matters

(1) software should not be copied; software rights should not be removed, covered or applied.

(2) in accordance with the second provision of this contract, if Party B fails to pay more than the time limit, Party A shall have the right to terminate the contract, and Party A shall not be responsible for the consequences arising therefrom.

6. liability for breach of contract

If both parties fail to do so, they shall be resolved by mutual consultation. If a party breaches or infringements, refer to the relevant laws and regulations of China. If there is any dispute between the two parties, submit it to the people's court for judgment.

7. the contract shall come into force after signature and seal of the representatives of both parties. The original contract is made in duplicate. Each party holds one copy and has the same legal effect.
