In December 6, 2010, according to Fujian Hongxing Erke sporting goods Co., Ltd., Wuhan industrial and commercial bureau and Fujian Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce jointly inspected a warehouse of a sporting goods firm in the city of Wuhan in conjunction with the Wuhan Municipal Public Security Bureau and the right holders.
Field inspection found that there were a large number of shoes called "Hongxing Erke" in the warehouse, totaling 19860 pairs, with a value of 4 million 925 thousand yuan.
After identification, the above commodities are counterfeited Hongxing Erke registered trademark products.
After preliminary investigation, in mid March 2010, the sporting goods firm purchased 1721 boxes of the "Hongxing Erke" shoes in Kunming, Yunnan, until the date of issue. The parties had sold 66 cases, with sales of over 3 yuan, and the remaining unsold parts were detained and sealed up by the industrial and commercial departments.
As the case involved a relatively large amount of suspected crimes, the case was handed over to the Wuhan Public Security Bureau in December 29, 2010.
