Male, born in November 1964, a member of the Communist Party of China in Gaobeidian, Hebei.

In 1987, he graduated from the History Department of Hebei teachers college. He received a bachelor's degree in history. He graduated from the History Department of Northwest Normal University in 1990. He received his master's degree in history. He graduated from the Philosophy Department of Nankai University in 2004 and received his Ph.D. in philosophy.

Now he is a young and middle-aged backbone teacher of Hebei Normal University, director of philosophy and teaching research section, School of law and politics.
