The appraisal report showed that the clothes hanging tag showed that there was a discrepancy between the hanging tag and the fabric. Ms. Zhang then negotiated with the company and went to court on the condition that her negotiation was fruitless, asking the company to refund the loan amount of 1600 yuan and increase the compensation amount by 1600 yuan.
After hearing the court, the company thought that the hanging tag which was not compatible with the actual fabric of the clothes on the clothes had made a wrong guidance to Miss Zhang, whose behavior constituted civil fraud, and therefore decided that the company should bear the responsibility of "repaying one by one".

According to the forty-ninth provision of the law on the protection of consumers' rights and interests, "if an operator provides goods or services with fraudulent acts, he shall increase the compensation for the losses suffered according to the requirements of consumers, and increase the amount of compensation for the price of goods purchased by consumers or twice the cost of receiving services."
