Study and formulate linkage mechanism between land appreciation tax rate and housing price change, set up the rate of land value-added tax, and increase the consistency between the tax levy and the actual liquidation tax burden.

Dalian city land tax bureau said that this year will pay close attention to the progress of the reform of the personal income tax system, and ensure the smooth convergence of policies.
