Wang Ouxiang, deputy director of the office of Wenzhou vocational and technical center, said that in the past, these bases would take the initiative to contact the Labor Department of Wenzhou, hoping to accept the surplus labor resources of the other side, but now this initiative has become more and more rare.
Similar to this situation, the Labor Department of Shaoxing and Chongqing labor department in the province hope that the other side can provide convenience for labor supply, but they have been declined. The reasons are basically the same, and the local labor force is also lacking. Chongqing authorities and even Shaoxing departments can facilitate the return of migrant workers from Chongqing.

Wang Ouxiang believes that with the economic development of the central and western regions, the demand gap for employment in Wenzhou will be bigger and bigger.
There will be more and more difficulties ahead of the Wenzhou job center.
