Shanghai Antistatic Work Clothes Quality Supervision Spot Check No Qualified Products.

In the 4 quarter of 2010, the Shanghai quality and Technical Supervision Bureau produced antistatic clothing for the city.

Anti static clothing products are included in the national industrial product production license management products.

A total of 10 production enterprises were selected, and 7 of them were actually pumped out. The other 3 production enterprises failed to pick up the samples due to the reasons for the inspection.

7 batches of products were inspected and 7 batches failed.

According to the national standards and related standard requirements of GB12014-2009, such inspection and inspection, the following items of the products were tested: appearance quality, structure and style.

The problems found in the supervision and spot checks are as follows:

1. sewing: the standard stipulates that the stitching distance should be (12-14) /3cm when the quality of the unit area is greater than or equal to 200g/m2, and the stitching distance should be (14-16) pin /3cm when the quality of the unit area is less than 200g/m2.

In this spot check, there are 2 batches of products that are not qualified, which is a serious quality problem.

2. point to point resistance: the standard specifies the point to point resistance according to the grade of the product. The point to point resistance of class a anti-static clothing should be (1 x 103-1 x 107) ohm, and the B point anti-static clothing point to point resistance should be (1 x 107-1 x 1011) ohm.

Spot checks found that 1 of the production of antistatic clothing is rated as grade A, but the measured value has not reached the grade of the index, was found to be unqualified, is a serious quality problem.

3. identifier: GB12014-2009 "antistatic clothing" has put forward new requirements for the permanent identification of antistatic clothing, including the logo on each garment (including product name, trademark, size specification, factory name, grade), logo on the certificate (the name of the factory, address, telephone number, production date, standard number), product instructions, national standards or industry standards.

In addition, the standard also specifies the contents of the product manual.

The manufacturers involved in the sampling inspection did not follow the current effective standards in time, and adjusted the production according to the requirements, resulting in the unqualified rate of labels.

In this spot check, 7 batches of products failed.
