Yamamoto Masashi's proposal coincides with the Dalian textile and clothing 12th Five-Year plan (hereinafter referred to as "planning").
According to the reporter's understanding, "planning" put forward that during the "12th Five-Year" period, Dalian clothing should increase investment and support in fashion design, product development, brand incubation and other links, and focus on cultivating "three high" clothing brands with high technology content, high grade and high added value, and penetrate into the high value-added area.
Tian Ping, President of the city clothing association, told reporters that in the past, the clothing industry of our city had some problems, such as large quantity of raw materials, low private brand, low gold content, and lack of fashionable and creative culture atmosphere. It showed the situation of "rarely seen brands in the industry, but the fashion was lacking in fashion". The clothing companies in the city were numerous, and the number of products produced was also very impressive. But there were few clothing enterprises and brands that were ringing at home and even internationally, so the effectiveness of the whole industry could not achieve a qualitative breakthrough.
