Do Good Deeds For Textile Workers.

Shaanxi Federation of trade unions and Shaanxi textile union jointly held in Xianyang to study and implement the provincial government documents.

The office of human resources and social security of Shaanxi recently issued the opinions on establishing and perfecting the post allowance and wages for seniority in state owned and state controlled textile enterprises, and put forward clear opinions and requirements on improving the wage level of workers, the allowance for staff and workers, and the wages of seniority for workers.

In order to keep abreast of the implementation and problems of the enterprises, Shaanxi textile trade unions cooperate with other provinces.

The participants agreed that the provincial and provincial governments' policies on supporting the development of the textile industry reflected the importance attached to the textile industry by the province and provided new opportunities for the rapid development of the textile industry.

It is said that there is still some difficulty for the enterprises to carry out the provincial government documents. Therefore, the trade unions and the administrative departments should have more communication and strive to run the enterprises well so as to lay a good foundation for improving the income of the workers.

At the meeting, Yang Ranglai pointed out that trade unions at all levels should actively coordinate and supervise the implementation of the spirit of the relevant documents, really do well in doing good deeds for textile workers, so as to mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the masses of workers in production and construction, and make new contributions to the revitalization and development of Shaanxi's textile industry.
