It is understood that this competition will be divided into majors.

There are two main lines in the group and the National Exhibition Group.

The focus of the "professional design group" is on the "fashion leader". Anyone who has reached the age of 18 and has the ability to make plates and make clothes can participate in Shijiazhuang.

The "National Exhibition Group" focuses on the mobilization of the whole population, so long as the residents of Shijiazhuang who are over 3 years old can sign up for the competition.

It is understood that the "National Exhibition Group" will not only carry out two large-scale maritime election activities in the urban area, but also set up 6 maritime separation sub districts in Xinji, Zhengding County, Luquan City, Pingshan County, Gaocheng city and Zhaoxian County.

The citizens of five districts and high tech zones in the city can participate in the urban sea election, and the residents of other counties (cities) can participate in the sea election in the designated maritime separation area.

The competition will be divided into five stages: registration, audition, rematch, final and award presentation, which last 3 and a half months and will end in mid June of this year.

No registration fee will be charged for this competition. It can be enrolment from today. The application will be closed before mid April.
