According to his analysis, at present, the clothing processing industry is still at a lower level. There are many family workshops, and the working environment is uneven. As a labor-intensive industry, the labor intensity of the clothing enterprises is bigger and the work is monotonous. Many young people after 80 and 90 are unwilling to endure hardships, willing to go to other industries with relatively low wages but relatively relaxed, thus leading to greater mobility of the whole industry.
He believes that the recruitment difficulties of the garment industry will persist for a long time.
Mr. Liu said, recruitment difficulties also forced some garment factory owners to change their thinking, and the heads of their enterprises are also considering the pformation problem. "Our enterprises are now gradually changing to mechanized production, reducing the needs of ordinary workers, and the upgrading and pformation of the garment industry may also be our way out in the future."
