Interviewer: you have participated four times in a row.

With your own brand, have you ever thought that it will develop so fast?

Du Yang: stick to it. It's not easy.

When I graduated just now, I did a lot of exhibitions, and only in September 2009 did I formally create my own brand.

Reporter: have you encountered many difficulties during this period?

Du Yang: that's for sure.

From the beginning, I didn't think it would be so difficult.

I am lucky to be able to persist.

Reporter: your style is exaggerated. In those days, the design of "Hippo" and "elephant" was stunning four.

However, there may be fewer elements in China.

What's your opinion?

Du Yang: more than one person has asked this question: how does my design embody Chinese elements?

Or, as a Chinese, how do you feel about it?

I think the so-called element is not a symbol of stacking.

Before I was 23 years old, I had been educated in China. Chinese culture is my background, guiding me to see things, not just using Chinese elements to stack up my own design.

This is actually very important.

Reporter: what kind of hard work did you achieve successfully?

Du Yang: after I graduated, I took part in one.

This competition brings together all kinds of art talents in the world, and the judges' lineup is also very strong.

After three rounds of screening, I went to Italy to compete as one of the 15 finalists.

As a result, I have met many media and buyers, and have also strengthened my faith.

It's very inspiring to hear people say "your work makes me smile".

Back in London, a Hongkong buyer bought my work and helped me make the next London Fashion week.

Later, many exhibitions were made, and many cities were visited.

A famous PR company in London invited me to a press conference.

Through this event, almost all media contacts in London fashion circle were known.

In this way, I insisted on the two London Fashion week without much economic returns.

Under such difficult circumstances, I went to apply for fashion week.

This project has helped Alexander McCune and other famous Alexander McQueen.

After a series of interviews, I got one of the three new places that year.

At that time, about two thousand people applied.

I am really lucky to be able to walk on this stage.
