Q: would you like to introduce the basic situation of our school?

A: our school is called Maran Gene fashion and Design Institute, located in London, England.

We mainly teach courses related to specialty such as fashion, providing undergraduate preparatory and postgraduate courses.

Q: what specialties do you have in schools?

A: the best course in our school is of course clothing design.

Fashion design is also related to the shape of garments, which is one of our characteristic specialties.

And clothing trade, clothing marketing and promotion of professional, this is the undergraduate stage.

In the graduate stage, we still have a very special specialty, one is called clothing buyer, which is a relatively new specialty in China. Maybe you heard less.

There is also a luxury management, high-end clothing related luxury goods, clothing, accessories, cosmetics, perfume, shoes, bags, necklace luxury marketing.

Q: what is our expectation of recruiting in China this year?

Is there a general figure?

A: our school has a campus in London, and there are also campuses in Milan, Italy and Paris, France.

There are campuses in the world's three largest clothing cities, and about 100 Chinese students are enrolled each year.

London campus can account for 20%, 70% in Milan and 10% in Paris.

Q: what language foundation do you need to apply to your university?

A: we are the same as other schools, because the degree we offer is recognized by the Ministry of education of the United Kingdom and China. Under such a premise, we require students to have 6 points in the IELTS undergraduate course and 6.5 points in the postgraduate stage.

Q: would you please tell us something about the current situation of Chinese students studying in your school?

A: our Chinese students studied in London. I talked about just now, about 20.

Basically go to fashion design and clothing marketing in these two areas.

We didn't go to many students. Compared with other comprehensive universities, we had fewer students.

There are two characteristics. First, the proportion of teachers and students is smaller than that of other schools.

Second, our school, because it is a clothing school, pays more attention to practical ability and practical operation ability.

So many of our Chinese students may adapt to this adjustment faster than other schools. Other schools are mainly students who are dull in class.

Here, he has some manual work, you need to edge, cut, draw, so these make our classroom more interesting.

Q: do you have any cooperation with your company in providing some good employment opportunities for your students?

Answer: clothing school and enterprise cooperation, in fact, this ratio is far greater than the comprehensive university, comprehensive university has some specialties, and enterprises, it is mainly based on research, not practice.

The clothing school is very practical. We usually provide students and enterprises with the opportunity to do research in the third year of the University.

These topics I explained in detail, for example, if the enterprises want to develop the next season's women's clothing, or the next season's jeans, accessories, bags, their creative departments, they will feel that they can't find a better idea by themselves. They will come to our school and hand over such a topic to our teachers and students.

At this time, we will be divided into groups to investigate what the next season's trend is, and what details of this target audience are concerned about.

For example, color, fabric, style, and some national elements, how do we integrate into the next season's design?

In the three year of the undergraduate course, the students took part in the real practice. In the process of practice, we would invite the designers of the enterprises to come to class and discuss with them soon. This idea has no market value, because some of us just want to think about it, think it very well, and the clothes are very beautiful.

So we invited the designers to the classroom to discuss and exchange with our classmates.

And scoring for our classmates, this is a practical opportunity.

The other is our graduation show, called graduation exhibition.

Every year when we graduate, there will be a graduation show for the public and the whole industry and society.

This graduation show is not just a celebration of teachers and students. It is totally not the case.

We will have headhunting companies in the industry. We invite those designers who want to find new stars or find new star's clothing marketing talents. They will sit down under our T platform and invite some famous media and some clothing companies to invite them to come and observe. In this way, our graduation show is also an opportunity for students to show their learning results to the society.

For the last part, there is a special employment office in our school. Such an employment office is responsible for maintaining good public relations throughout the year and enterprises. Every time an enterprise needs recruiters, they will fax their invitations to our employment office, and our employment office will select suitable graduates for them and arrange interviews.

On the whole, our annual employment rate is three months after graduation. Our employment rate can be maintained at over 90%.

Q: would you please give us some suggestions for students who are going to choose to study abroad?

A: I think more about those who are thinking about studying abroad, what to study and what schools to go to. If our classmates are interested in clothing and fashion industry, choose professional clothing schools, which will enable them to stand at a higher starting point in their careers and get closer together from the very beginning.
