Chen: expecting everyone to become another Amazon

So I think unless this time is too boring, it is necessary to make a big deal, and everyone can break down. Just like a customer, it's a matter of the user. Is the user able to do it well, and you don't have to worry about him?
I will not be concerned about the bad aspects of the outside world. I am obsessed with numbers. I believe the number of sales people who see them every day and the sound of that kind of voice are not enough to affect me.
I think now that everyone has passed through life and death, and its size is enough to prove his competitiveness, and I believe that everyone has the responsibility to prove that this mode can do more, such as to become a representative of a new model of Amazon's almost equal level. This is my expectation for everyone. This is what I mean by a hundred billion passengers.
From cultural people to businessmen
Before 2000, I had been doing cultural commentary related work. I enjoyed myself very much at that time. I was very happy no matter whether I was making a magazine or a newspaper.
(doing cultural dissemination) I feel good about myself, but later I find that many books have not been read by others, and I think that in the past they overestimated their abilities and contributed to this society. This is the biggest psychological drop I had at that time.
Later I thought that managing an enterprise can do more and sell more books. Moreover, I convey (cultural information) more people, not Chinese students, but company staff. Under our influence, these people began to buy more Qian Zhongshu's books, and Bo Yang's books influenced more people.
I also realize more and more that using the internet tool can do better in the past.
This society is a commercial society, and now I am a commercial fan before I do business, and then do things that I am interested in. That's what I've been doing all along.
Most of us are drifting with the tide. We only do very important things at a very accidental point.
Internet Spirit and corporate culture
(understanding the characteristics of the Internet) I think the Internet initially objected to privileges and traditional things, that is, centralization. This is the spirit of the Internet, the spirit of the common people, and there is no boundary interaction. The future will also be part of your thinking and part of your life.
In my mind, everyone is a daring person. Because everyone is tall, short, fat and thin, his style of matching is different. So everyone is a unique brand. This man's clothes and photos show his taste everywhere.
So he is not a brand, the user has the final say. I often say that customer is a brand of user experience, and in fact, it is like this.
In my opinion, enterprises in the Internet era do not have (enterprise) culture, and development is culture. After so many years of culture, I know that cultural construction is a lie. What is culture? I think corporate culture is to enable more people to grow up, feel a sense of accomplishment, enrich their employees and earn more money.
The value of our company is customer experience supremacy. It is not culture, it is to make the customer experience comfortable. The second is the high cost performance, so that buyers feel value. I don't know if this is corporate culture.
We also have a mission, that is, people's fashion, so that everyone can dress up. I don't think this is corporate culture, but a way.
Van guest is already a big company with more than 10 million sales per day. No one can influence the company. For example, if I think of a way today, will there be any change in the company? What's more, the collective strength is accumulated every hour, hour, order and order.
