According to statistics, 38 GEM companies paid 1 billion 903 million yuan for 27648 employees in 2010, an increase of 635 million yuan over the previous year, an increase of 50.12%.
Among them, Shenzhou Tai Yue, Tiandi Ke and Hua test detected three companies in 2010, the annual salary increase of the top three, respectively, to pay employees 283 million yuan, 119 million yuan and 118 million yuan.
In the 38 GEM companies, except for proude's share, the other 37 companies increased their salaries significantly over the previous year.
The top growth in salary includes Li Si Chen, Zhong Qing Bao, Hui Tian Jiao ye, Yin Jiang share, new Zhou bang, he Kang frequency conversion, Da Yu water saving and so on.
An increase in the number of employees is one reason for the increase in the annual pay payable of employees.
Among the above companies, Li Si Chen increased the number of employees last year by 478, while Zhongqing Bao, new Zhou bang and he Kang added 119 new employees, 270, 279 and 437 respectively.
The largest number of new employees will be Shenzhou taeyueh, which added 1224 new employees last year, followed by Tiandi 589.

Combined with the company's operating income, 38 GEM companies in 2010 accounted for 13.47% of the total company's total business income, representing an increase of 2 percentage points over the previous year.
Among them, Zhongqing Bao, Anke biology and Tiandi dike pay three of the total income of the employees, accounting for 75.53%, 57.77% and 48.04% respectively.
Analysts pointed out that most of the GEM companies are innovative companies, and invest more in information technology and biotechnology research, pay higher salaries to R & D personnel, and have a large number of R & D personnel.
The proportion of workers' salaries and operating income in light manufacturing, chemical and mechanical equipment industries is relatively low.
Bao Tong, Wanshun shares and treid last year accounted for 3.40%, 3.49% and 4.84% of staff and workers' salaries respectively, the top three.
