    However, we believe that the railway construction process will not change. China's railway construction has lagged behind the national economic development for a long time. The large-scale construction is the necessary way to make up for the past deficiencies and relieve the railway's constraint on economic development. At the same time, the railway has obvious advantages compared with other modes of pport. Strengthening railway construction is the necessary choice for industrial development and supporting industrial pfer.


    We think there is a need for high-speed rail construction, but some of the lines and grades may be adjusted.


    In 2015, the planning and construction of the high speed railway is about 16 thousand kilometers. The high-speed rail is the most effective way to increase passenger pport capacity and release railway freight pport capacity.

    In railway freight products, heavy cargo overload and rich railway freight products are the development direction of high value-added products, and thus occupy a larger market share.

    Similarly, in view of relieving the pressure of funds, we believe that the price of railway freight is likely to be adjusted in the second half of the year.

    The railway "12th Five-Year plan" predicts that by 2015, China's railway freight volume will be 48 billion tons, and the compound growth rate will be 5.7%.


    Container is the focus of railway freight development.


    Railway container is an important direction for the development of railway freight pport. At present, the containerization rate is low in China, and the development of container is restricted by insufficient capacity.

    Container pport also benefits from the new line construction, the upgrading of existing lines and the increase of pport capacity caused by passenger and cargo separation. By increasing the proportion of five scheduled trains, flexible railway freight organizations and container yard construction can better meet the needs of container pport. By 2015, the capacity of container containers is expected to double.
