The sample covers 57 kinds of casual pants produced or distributed by 54 enterprises in nine provinces and municipalities in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong, Shenzhen and so on. The samples are dark colored products, and their origin is related to China, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Italy, India, Shenzhen, Qi and Qi.

The comparison test results are only responsible for the purchased samples.
Three, test results
In this comparative test, 57 test samples have 37 samples, all test items meet the national standard requirements, accounting for 64.9% of the total samples.
Comparative test results show that a considerable number of enterprises do not monitor the quality of products, and the quality of some casual pants samples can not be directly proportional to their brand awareness or expensive prices.
The main problems are: fiber content is not accurate, color fastness, formaldehyde, pH value is not up to standard.
The concrete results are as follows:
1. Product identification
Logo is an important form of clothing instructions, used to identify products and their quality, reflect product characteristics, reflect the special performance and use of products.
All the samples in this comparison test are in line with national standards.
2. Fiber content
Fiber content is an important symbol to reflect the quality of fabric. It is the most direct way for an enterprise to convey product ingredients to consumers. It is a key factor for consumers to choose casual pants, and it is also an important factor determining the value of trousers.
In this comparative experiment, 51 samples of 57 samples met the national standard requirements, accounting for 89.5% of the total samples; the 6 samples were not consistent with the measured values, accounting for 10.5% of the total samples.

3, formaldehyde content
Clothing products with too high formaldehyde content will gradually release formaldehyde from the garment during the wearing process, which will cause harm to the human body through skin and respiration.
Long term exposure to formaldehyde can cause irritation and edema, headache, weakness, dermatitis, eczema, swelling, swelling and pain in the respiratory tract.
Therefore, the national standard has strict restrictions on formaldehyde content: formaldehyde content of class B products is less than 75mg/kg, and formaldehyde content of C products is less than 300mg/kg.

4, pH value
PH value is an index for assessing the pH of clothing fabrics.
Human skin is weakly acidic. If the pH value of the textile is too large to the human skin, it will stimulate the skin. The national standard requires that the pH value of the textiles directly contact the skin should be within the range of 4.0-7.5. The pH value exceeds the standard limits, which will damage the skin's balance and resist the energy, causing skin allergy or inducing infection, and making the skin vulnerable to other pathogens.
In this comparative test, 3 samples were measured and the pH value exceeded the national standard requirements, accounting for 5.3% of the total samples. They were: the gold crocodile brand number 308501-2 produced or distributed by Guangzhou Taimai Garments Co., Ltd., the measured value of pH was 3.2, the sample of the Weiming W&M brand number CB3610 produced or distributed by Weiming Garment Industrial Co., Ltd., Fujian, Shishi, the measured value of pH was 8.6, and the G2000 brand number produced by Shenzhen Hui Jun Garments Co., Ltd. was GMC06W130E06552002, and the pH value was 7.9.
5. Color fastness
The use of textiles and the fading and staining of light colored clothing after washing have always been a matter of concern to consumers.
Color fastness index is mainly to check the dye must be fasten on the fiber. Otherwise, the dye will fall off and pfer to the skin during the wearing process, which will harm the human body or stain the light colored clothes, which will bring trouble to the consumers.
In this comparative test, I will test the 7 color fastness indexes of samples, such as soaping, water resistance, sweat resistance, dry friction, moisture resistance, dry cleaning and light fastness, and the color fastness indexes of the 41 samples meet the national standard requirements, accounting for 71.9% of the total samples.

6. Odor and banned azo dyes.
