    The energy recovery technology of the by-product water vapor of esterification makes the energy saving effect of the device more remarkable.


    The perfect combination of technology and equipment makes the production process highly flexible, operable and flexible in variety.


    Continuous polymerization of cationic product development process is based on nearly 20 years of research on modified polyester, developed a new continuous differential polyester engineering technology, and successfully developed on the basis of the construction of high-quality cationic dyeable dyeable polyester products, and direct spinning filament.


    The addition of different modifiers in oligomeric pipes can produce modified polyester products with large gloss, full extinction, CDP, ECDP, flame retardant, anti pilling, raw liquor coloring (black polyester) and high shrinkage.

    In order to solve the technical problem of uniform dispersion of modified polyester additives in polyester materials, the on-line addition technology of modifier in oligomer pipeline was developed, and a high quality and highly uniform modified polyester was produced.


    The on-line addition technology of the modifier pipeline has realized the centralized esterification and dispersion polycondensation, that is, after the same esterifying kettle, the different condensation lines can be used to meet the requirements of producing different varieties of products, shorten the cycle of replacing the production varieties and reduce the pition materials for replacing the production varieties, so as to realize the flexibility of the device.
