Original design leads the future
At the moment of high cost, increasing the brand contribution rate has become the core work and common concept of Quanzhou textile and clothing.
At the Haibo conference, some enterprises began to emphasize original design.
Su Shike, chief designer of Si Shu long, introduced the promotion of brand value added in cultural creativity, product development and style innovation, and effectively gathered the power of brand innovation through industrial alliances.
Reporters learned that at present, some small and medium sized enterprises in Shishi have built up brand names, and lack of product research and development strength. They can develop information collection and market investigation system around the innovation of brand style, and then design and select the samples with the professional research and development alliance of the design studios, buy out a single patent, and then hand it to the production enterprises for processing, and put their brand logo on the market.

At an earlier stage, enterprises can see that China's vast market hinterland, simply copying can make a huge volume at low cost, so it will not care about the designer's high cost of niche creativity.
But now it is different. With the development of China's economy and the improvement of consumer's fashion quality, the lack of original copy becomes more and more intolerable.
"Now consumers are experiencing an aesthetic fatigue, and they are beginning to expect designers' works to surprise them in order to break the dull way of dressing."
The industry believes that the original Chinese garment industry designers and operators in the concept of difficult to coordinate the situation will be greatly changed.

Due to the impact of medium and high grade clothing at home and abroad, jumping out of the main middle and low clothing market has become an inevitable choice for Shishi garments.

Wang Yanzhu, the industry insider, introduced the construction of China cold pfer printing technology demonstration base by gage weaving dyeing Changsheng textile, Xu Rong textile and Shandong instant hair.
He said that cold pfer printing technology is a modern textile high-tech project with green and low carbon economy, and has 23 patents with independent intellectual property rights.
Compared with the traditional screen printing technology, the technology saves 60% of water consumption and 50% of energy consumption, directly reduces the COD emissions of industrial waste by 70%, reduces the cost by 15%, and improves the efficiency of personnel by 3 times.

"We have a total of 29 enterprises, 54 booths, more than 110 people from Taiwan textile industry to participate in the exhibition at Shishi, and two dynamic shows during the exhibition."
Huang Weiji, Secretary General of Taiwan Textile Development Association, said they organized the largest exhibition group and more than 110 well-known personages from Taiwan textile industry.
In addition to promoting the docking of textile and garment industry, Taiwanese capital has also stepped up the modern service industry of Shishi in recent years.
Reporters learned that Chen Tiehan, chairman of the Taiwan Knitting Industry Association, launched the Taiwan textile and clothing research and development trade building, which has entered the construction climax stage. The project is located on the west side of Shishi clothing city, with a total investment of nearly 30 million dollars.
Chen Tiehan said: "the R & D building will fully introduce Taiwan's textile and garment R & D, trade, training and other related industries, and effectively link up with Quanzhou textile and clothing brands."
The first Taiwanese enterprise invested by Shishi has been recognized by the local brand of AI Deng Bao, which has been running for more than a year since its operation.
A Taiwan exhibitor said in an interview with reporters that the mainland's huge domestic demand market has affected the concept of many Taiwanese. After all, Taiwan is doing export trade. When some of the resources that are dependent on life are slowly shrinking, the mainland must be a big market.
Wang Yanzhu believes that today's Haibo conference has greatly improved and expanded the scale of exhibitions and exhibitions.
