1 Introduction

2 Revised indicators

The new standards improve and refine the evaluation index of swimsuit, as follows:

The new standard has more rigorously expounded the labeling of conjoined swimsuits, split bathing suits and swimming trunks, which is more realistic and accurate than the old ones.

2) tensile elastic recovery and tensile elastic elongation

The new standard has increased the tensile elastic recovery rate of the pverse swimming resistant water (swimming pool water) of the knitted swimsuit, modified the test parameters of tensile elastic recovery rate and tensile elastic elongation of the chlorinated water (swimming pool water), that is, the pulling force is 15 N and the pre tension is 0.1 N, making the detection process more standardized and easy to control.

The fiber content of the new standard is not only in accordance with the regulations of FZ/T01053, but also specifies the deviation of the content of the spandex fiber: superior grade is equal to -2.0%, Grade A, qualified product is more than -3.0%.

4) the size of the shoulder straps is different.

In order to embody the new requirements of consumers' actual dress, the new standard has improved the assessment index of the shoulder width difference in its size difference, and the indexes of grade one and qualified product have been revised from 0.5 and 0.8 to 0.4 and 0.5 respectively.

5) sewing

The old standard is marked with nylon or polyester sewing thread, which has some limitations. The new standard is marked with high elastic sewing thread, which is more practical.

6) size deviation

The new standard adjusts swimsuit type to 160 cm and below and 160 cm above two categories, making inspection departments easier to judge.

7) internal quality sampling quantity and reinspection

In the old standard, the quantity of sampling should not be less than 2, and the new standard added the content of "increase the number of samples in shortage", which is more comprehensive and reasonable.

From the above indicators, we can see that the new standard has put forward higher requirements for knitted swimsuit products, which not only promotes the quality of the knitted swimsuit products, but also makes the production more in line with the market demand and pays more attention to the wearability of the knitted swimsuit products.

3 new assessment indicators

1) safety performance

Taking into account the implementation of GB18401 – 2003 and the requirements for integration with the international "green" regulations, the new standard, based on the existing formaldehyde content and pH value, has supplemented the assessment of basic safety technologies such as water fastness, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to saliva, odor and decomposable aromatic amine dyes. These indicators no longer specify specific numerical indicators, and are implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB18401.

2) the degree of stitching cross contamination.

In order to meet the needs of consumers and take the initiative to grasp the quality of products, the new standard has also increased the assessment items and testing methods of the degree of stitching and dyeing, mainly aiming at the complaints about the color fastness of textile and garment products in recent years.

4 Conclusion

The new standard embodies the principles of economic rationality, safety, reliability, ease of control and harmonization. The standards are more perfect, which can better provide technical basis for product production and trade, and effectively protect consumers' rights and interests.
