Quanzhou Builds Haixi Logistics Hub To Benefit Jinjiang Shoe Enterprises

Nine comprehensive logistics parks

In the next five years, the nine major integrated logistics parks in Quangang will be: Taiwanese Investment Zone, Lingang logistics park, Quangang petrochemical logistics park, Shek Hu logistics park, Weifu logistics park, Jinjiang land port, Guanyin Mountain logistics park, Huian Hai rail logistics park area, Anxi land port and Yongchun logistics park.

Up to now, the oil terminal in Quangang petrochemical logistics park has been completed, and the liquid chemical terminal is stepping up construction.

The land port project in Jinjiang has completed the construction of the roads and walls of the bonded area, the customs building, the first floor of the commodity inspection building and the storage yard behind the port.

Nanan Guanyin Mountain Logistics Park basically completed seven links and one level, focusing on large and medium-sized logistics enterprises inside and outside the province, and some logistics enterprises have settled in the park.

Four logistics distribution centers

The four logistics distribution centers are located in four directions of the East, West, South and north of the central city. They are the construction of the East Logistics Distributing Center of Quanzhou City, which is the core of the logistics center of the city, namely, the Strait box and luggage logistics mall, the Xinhua logistics center, the Xixing gate building materials and furniture logistics mall. The logistics distribution center of the western part of Quanzhou city is built with the Licheng middle and large metal material trading market and the Quanzhou fruit wholesale market as the core.

Three major logistics distribution centers

According to the "12th Five-Year" modern logistics planning, our city will focus on serving industrial clusters, serving new rural areas, serving urban consumption, and building specialized logistics centers and distribution centers.

In terms of industrial cluster services, relying on Quanzhou Development Zone, Taiwan investment zone, export processing zone and other industrial concentration zones, planning and construction of a number of logistics distribution centers in industrial parks and industrial clusters and nearby areas.

At the same time, the logistics distribution center as the hub, set up delivery nodes near the customers' concentration and factories.

In terms of new rural services, relying on the layout of the "ten thousand villages and thousands of villages" market of the Ministry of Commerce and the existing wholesale market of agricultural products and agricultural products, the construction of distribution centers at the convenient location of pportation is planned in the vicinity of the agricultural production belt and the agricultural product distribution center, and a batch of rural production and living materials logistics distribution centers are planned in various counties (cities and districts), forming a half hour logistics distribution economic circle between the urban and rural areas and between townships.

In terms of urban consumption services, relying on the layout of commercial outlets, we plan to build a batch of logistics distribution centers near the commodity distribution centers, and set up delivery nodes near the customers' concentration areas and residential areas.
