The "Love Song Prince" Embroidered Collection Will Shoot &Nbsp; Look At Jeff Chang'S Collection
In May 24th, Beijing Yongle will launch the "colorful neon".
Jeff Chang
"The collection of embroidery and weaving in the Qing Dynasty" is held by Mr.
Enrique Iglesias
The collection of nearly 80 pieces of Qing Dynasty palace embroidery collected by Jeff Chang, a famous singer in Taiwan, will be concentrated.
Although celebrities' love for collection is not uncommon, Jeff Chang is definitely the first person to hold a special auction of personal collections on such a scale.

Jeff Chang, who became popular in the third grade, hardly ever thought he would become a singer before. Instead, he volunteered as an archaeologist from childhood.
Because he was interested in antiques and artworks at a very young age, which often puzzled the people around him: why do these young people like "old things" so much?
The sudden change of life and busy work did not make him abandon his passion for collection. On the contrary, the identity of a successful singer enabled him to have more favorite collections.
Nowadays, Jeff Chang has long been a heavenly king in the singing world, and in Taipei's antique circles, he is also a reputable collector.
"The singer's job is really very stressed, and collecting this kind of pressure gives me another world."
In his interview with China Economic Weekly, Jeff Chang described his collection as a place in his life. He even regarded the collection as his own Life Style (lifestyle). "Actually, I spend most of my time collecting work outside work, and I will spend a lot of time learning knowledge and communicating with my predecessors."
Obsessed with "cool door" embroidery
Jeff Chang was interviewed in April 29th, and he is making final preparations for the 2011 Beijing concert to be held two days later.
Although the workers around him repeatedly said, "Mr. Zhang is very busy in two days."
However, Jeff Chang is willing to spare some time to talk about the collection topic with "non amusement".
China is the first country in the world to invent silkworms, silk reeling, weaving and dyeing and embroidery. The history of weaving embroidery can be traced back to the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period.
In the Qing Dynasty, weaving embroidery reached an unprecedented peak on the basis of the achievements of the past dynasties.
But in the collection circle of antiques, weaving and embroidery collection is still a "cold door" category.
Why is Jeff Chang so fond of weaving and embroidering? "Because I always liked the beauty of things when I was studying music and painting from an early age, and I also liked collecting works of art related to life."
Jeff Chang told the China Economic Weekly, "however, I first fell in love with weaving embroidery and was influenced by my great grandmother."
Jeff Chang recalled that his great great grandmother was born in 1890s. When he was in primary school, she was already in her 90s.
Because Jeff Chang is the eldest son of the family, the old man has always loved him very much.
A hundred years later, when Jeff Chang was sorting out his remains, he found a number of beautiful embroidered clothes.
These are not the clothes worn by the elderly, but the "tuxedo" worn on the wedding and some important occasions.
So these became Jeff Chang's first collection of embroidery.
"Actually, I really started collecting embroidery systematically after work, because then I had the money to buy it."
Jeff Chang said.
Since then, his collection system has gradually expanded, from early pure Taiwanese style to all ethnic groups throughout the country, from folk embroidery to palace embroidery.
However, the collection of these embroidered products is not as simple as it is supposed to be. Not only do we need to constantly learn the relevant history and knowledge to increase our "eyesight", but also it is not easy to preserve embroidery.
"Weaving embroidery is very afraid of light, because ancient dyes are pure plants or minerals. The color fixing technology is not as good as it is now, so light is very easy to make their color bad.
So every time I see someone put it up and hang it in the hall, it hurts all the time.
He said.
Another memorable and painful experience is that he made a pair of embroidered shoes at an auction in Europe.
"It is the shoes worn by the lamas in Tibet when they are dancing in the dances. The bottom is very thick with grass. It's very special."
However, when these shoes were sent back to Taipei, many worms were grown due to improper preservation.
"When the box is opened, it is all moths, and the bottom of the shoe is eaten a big hole."
Pouring in so much effort, why would Jeff Chang "willing" to take the "baby" out for auction? "In fact, it is also struggling, but I mainly adjust my collection direction."
Jeff Chang said.
"In the past, my collection was still relatively emotional. As long as things are beautiful and products are very good, I will accept them, so there will be many similar things.
Now I want to make an adjustment, and try to build a more complete collection system in different times, styles and categories.
So I sort out what I repeat and make an auction.
He said.
"Actually, Mr. Jeff Chang's embroidery and embroidery has been on a small scale for two consecutive seasons in Yongle, but it does not indicate the source of the product. The market response is very good, and the price and turnover rate are very satisfactory."
Dong Jun, general manager of Yongle international auction companies, who is responsible for the special auction, told China Economic Weekly.
In the past, weaving embroidery was still a rather popular collection, so it was very lonely for Mr. Zhang to collect these things for quite a long time.
After a few small attempts, the response was very good, which made Mr. Chang feel like he had a bosom friend.
He said.
Talking about how to get married with Jeff Chang, Dong Jun said: "Jeff Chang is an important customer of Christie's. He visited him a few years ago in Taiwan, mainly because he was too busy, otherwise the franchise might have been launched."
Yongle is the only auction companies authorized by the mainland to win Christie's trademark.
"This collection has been accumulated for more than ten years at least by Mr. Zhang. There are many fine works, and the sources are quite reliable. They were taken at large auction houses and auctions in Europe."
Dong Jun said, "weaving embroidery is already a relatively mature category in overseas markets, but in recent years, the number and price of domestic attention has climbed rapidly."

Another world of ah Zhe
The town of Taiwan is the place where Jeff Chang grew up and the starting point for his contact with the world.
The old house on the old West Street, the father's work is full of antique and antique Seminary.
All of which made Jeff Chang ignorant and began to love all kinds of "old things" that carry history and memory.
However, Jeff Chang said, at that time, he also mainly went to "garbage dump" in "treasure hunt", especially the antiquity businessman's uncle.
"My uncle's home is as tall as a hill, but for me, it's Baoshan."
He said.
In fact, what treasure has been found in "Baoshan", Jeff Chang does not remember, but the joy and happiness are still in sight.
Over the years, Jeff Chang still retained the unique habit of collectors.
After graduating from high school, Jeff Chang bid farewell to the quiet and simple Town, to the bustling bustle of Taipei, with many antique shops, fresh water, is often Jeff Chang lingering place.
But for a student without financial ability, wanting to have is too luxurious, so he is often window shopping.
"At that time, because of the lack of financial capacity, most of my collectibles came from treasure houses in ancient houses. They were all small things, and I didn't dare to say what valuable things they were, but they were all important collections that accompanied me through the enlightenment stage and laid a foundation for collection."
Jeff Chang said.
In the third year, Jeff Chang's life map took a 180 degree turn.
Because he was awarded the first prize in the school singing competition, he signed the boulder music, a rolling stone company's subsidiary, and shot it with the first album "lying".
The singer's work was very hard and busy, but Jeff Chang did not give up his love for collection.
On the contrary, with his economic ability, he slowly shifted from "treasure hunting" to antique shops and auction houses. The collection also expanded from postcards, old glass and embroidery to stone, bronze, antique furniture, carpets, classical lamps and jade articles.
"I first collected folk customs in Taiwan.
Artwork
Because I think it's the track and record of my life.
Collecting it all the way is very helpful to me, because I didn't jump from ignorance to antique collection.
I start with things that are very civilized and very popular, and then I gradually enter deeper fields.
Jeff Chang said.
Jeff Chang's collection
More than 20 years of collection experience, so that Jeff Chang is definitely "old collectors", and the eyes and taste have also been recognized and praised by many Tibetan friends.
However, when talking about his collection, Jeff Chang said he was actually very emotional.
"In the process of collection, my views on many things are very different from others, because I often carry very strong emotional factors.
Of course, this is very bad for people who invest in art. "
Jeff Chang said, "but for me, investment appreciation is not the biggest goal of my collection. My pleasure is: collecting outside the job gives me another world."
"For example, my collection of embroidery is very emotional.
Because embroidery is actually a very unpopular project in antiques collection, and there are not many people who care about it. But it is because of my sentimentality that it also brings some benefits, that is, I have the opportunity to get into the cool things, and I have the opportunity to pick up something good.
Jeff Chang said.
Of course, collectors do not have to be too rational, just like manipulate stocks, but they are not completely emotional.
"Every era has its own unique aesthetic concepts and style of the times. I think it must be very clear to collect things first, so you can choose the most representative and typical thing of that era."
Jeff Chang said, "maybe foreign countries do better at this point. They have a very clear position in every era. Collectors are easy to find a clear orientation of the times and style, and find something very clear about aesthetics.
This may not be so clear in China, only a few times will be clearer, such as the Qian Long era.
Therefore, we need to learn more and know more about ourselves, so that we can find something that is clear and clear.
As early as in 2004, Jeff Chang published a collection of books called "plaything philosophy". He talked about his collection experience and collection experience for many years, which is absolutely different among the stars who publish books.
Jeff Chang expressed the hope that he could write a more professional reference book in the future.
For his future plans, Jeff Chang said his biggest dream was to find an old house in the future, build a private museum and display his collection.
