Frequent Recall Of Exports &Nbsp; Textile Enterprises Need To Understand International Standards.
Enterprises choose foreign third party testing institutions to do export quality inspection. Enterprises need to understand international standards for exporting textiles.
Case study:
Textile recall events in developed countries emerge in endlessly.
In February 25, 2011, the European Commission's non food quick warning system issued consumer warnings to China's "C&A" brand baby shoes.
The case was informed by Germany.
The baby's shoes included six valent chromium, and the concentrations reached 3-51mg/kg respectively, which could lead to allergic reactions after contact with skin directly.
In March 16, 2011, the Canadian Ministry of Health jointly announced the voluntary recall of Chinese adult jackets with NewLive.
The number of recalled products is about 235.
The reason for the recall is that the coat does not conform to Canada.

Fire retardancy requirement is a risk of fire.
In March 16, 2011, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and ParigiGroup, Ltd. jointly announced the voluntary recall of jeans made in China.
The recalled product is "BabyPhat" girl jeans. The reason for the recall is that the decorative diamonds and metal pieces on the jeans pocket are easy to fall off, and if children are put into the mouth, it will suffocate.
In April 7, 2011, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and ActiveLeisureInc. jointly announced the voluntary recall of China's ActiveLeisure folding sun shading tent.
The reason for the recall is that the tent does not meet the flame retardant standards of the US Federal textiles and is at risk of fire.
In April 15, 2011, the European Commission's non food quick warning system issued a consumer warning to China's child protective vest.
The notification state of this case is Belgium.
Due to the poor reflectivity of the protective vest, the user has a wrong feeling of safety protection. Once it is too reliant, there is a danger of injury to the user.
The product does not comply with the European Union's personal protection directive (PPE) and the European Union's related standard EN1150.
Investigation:
50% of respondents preferred foreign third party testing organizations, and enterprises are willing to enhance technical barriers to deal with.
Although garment enterprises are paying more and more attention to the domestic market in recent years, the huge profits from export still encourage many textile and garment enterprises to focus on foreign markets.
In their view, the domestic market is important, but the charm of the international market is also so attractive.
So, "go abroad and go global".
enterprise operation
People are constantly talking about and putting into practice, but there are also many Chinese textile and clothing products that have been warned and recalled by the developed countries every year because of various problems. The above cases are only a drop in the bucket in the recalled products this year.
Why are China's textile and clothing products frequently recalled? What is the most important part of textile exports -- quality inspection? What is the strength of it? How can we really pull out the thorn in the technical barriers on the "CHINA" logo?
As we all know, the most important part of textile export is quality inspection. The market of textile quality inspection in our country is mainly dominated by the inspection agencies of the state and the third party inspection organizations, and the third party inspection bodies are divided into third party inspection bodies and third party inspection organizations. However, the technology, manpower, testing strength and authority of the third party inspection organizations are relatively weak, and the market share in the international and domestic market is relatively small, so it can not be compared with the third party inspection organizations abroad.
Most export oriented enterprises choose the testing institutions mainly based on the state quality supervision departments and the third party inspection organizations abroad. So what's the difference between the two organizations? Let's investigate through investigation.
When asked what kind of testing institutions normally preferred by export enterprises, 50.93% of respondents said they would choose third foreign testing institutions with high visibility in the international market; 25.28% of respondents said they would choose a national testing institution, which believed that their credibility was better; 21.58% of respondents said they would choose equipment and higher testing organizations, whether they were national inspection organizations or international testing organizations; 2.21% of enterprises said they would choose lower price testing institutions, and the price before testing was three.
Consult
Export oriented enterprises
47.19% of the respondents said they would cooperate with the international third party testing institutions to understand the problems of their products. Meanwhile, 47.19% of the respondents indicated that they would enhance their technological level and actively cope with the barrier protection of developed countries. 4.60% of respondents said they no longer exported products to developed countries with barriers, while 1.02% of respondents chose to appeal to the International Court of justice and lawsuits against unreasonable technology protections.
When investigating export oriented enterprises, they hope that the existing domestic inspection organizations will develop in what direction, and the choice of "more preferential price", "more comprehensive detection scope", "more extensive standards" and "international recognition and recognition" are 25%. Therefore, the topic is multi topic selection, so every interviewee has chosen four options. There are still some problems in the testing organization. However, because the testing institutions play a vital role in the textile and garment enterprises, the enterprises have high expectations for the testing institutions.
When asked the respondents that the international third party testing institutions compared with the national testing institutions, the international third party testing institutions in accordance with the standards are more international and more rigorous and think that the international third party testing institutions more advanced detection equipment votes accounted for 25.01%, and that the international third party testing agencies can prevent other countries' duplication detection and international third party testing agencies higher prices of respondents also accounted for 24.99%.
Compared with the accreditation of foreign testing institutions, the state quality supervision departments have less than 25% of the testing products, such as less testing, less international recognition, slower testing time and less standard, and so on.
Extension:
Foreign inspection institutions have obvious advantages, and export enterprises should first read international regulations.
The state inspection agency mainly monopolized the domestic textile inspection market. However, due to the limitations of its testing equipment, manpower, funds and other factors, there is still a gap between the international market and the international authoritative inspection institutions.
At the same time, because the national inspection institutions mainly implement the Chinese testing standards, their authority and testing strength are not recognized by other countries. In this case, the advantage of the internationally known third party testing institutions is revealed.

The foreign third party testing institutions in the Chinese market are mainly composed of authoritative institutions such as Germany T VS VS D, American UL, Canada IC and Norway Nemko. One of them, T T VS D, has entered the Chinese market for 20 years, and has a deep analysis of the current situation of China's textile market. It has successfully helped a large number of export enterprises to overcome technical difficulties in international trade and has a certain say in the textile export inspection.
Ms. Lv Yanmei T VS D, director of textiles in Greater China group of South Deutsche group, said in an interview with our reporter that she has made an analysis of the status quo of textile exports: "China has always been a major producer of textiles, and EU bills such as REACH and RSL, which have emerged in recent years, have been restricting exports as a green trade barrier.
It is a challenge for buyers and manufacturers to deal with these regulations and instructions, to understand the latest requirements of foreign textile technology and regulations, and to improve product quality in a timely manner.
When it comes to the implementation of international standards for the third party testing institutions abroad, Lv Yanmei said: "at present, the main reference standards in the international market are AATCC, ASTM, ISO, EN, DIN and BS in Europe, and the Chinese market is mainly GB and FZ standards.
These criteria are clearly and accurately referenced and executed in T u VS u D.
In fact, not only China, but also all the major textile producing countries in the world have to face increasingly stringent regulations in Europe and the United States, and strictly control the quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility of manufacturing enterprises.
Therefore, we have always advised customers to understand the relevant technical requirements before obtaining orders and signing contracts, so that they can have a clear idea of the price and avoid unnecessary waste of costs.
Lv Yanmei said, "for example, when the EU banned the two methyl fumarate, T u VS u D shared the information with domestic manufacturers for the first time.
Many factories do not know how to avoid it. T VS VS D tells the information about the replacement products to the factories that need them, so as to ensure that the factory completes production with substitute products without delay in shipment.
