At that time, some Taiwan colleagues began to suppress the potential competitors from the supply of materials, and forced Huajian to invest in the establishment of supporting factories for shoes, shoe machines and other industries, so as to improve the industrial chain ahead of schedule.
In the absence of technology and talent, Huajian completed the construction and commissioning of all supporting production plants in 6 months with the spirit and belief of "one difficulty has ten ways".
That is, at this stage, Huajian's culture of "100% understanding and 100% cooperation" was initially formed. In this process, the backbone cadre of Huajian company was cultivated under such circumstances.
Growing up: seeking development in stability
From 2000 to 2006, it was the growth stage of Huajian's fast, stable and effective development.
Six years of sustained and steady development and continuous investment have enabled enterprises to form a larger scale advantage and grow into the largest middle and high-end footwear manufacturer in mainland China.
The focus on shoemaking industry has made the planning and layout of pformation and upgrading ahead of schedule in the best time of the enterprise's internal and external environment. Even though the company has maintained sufficient cash flow and capital reserves, it has accumulated a strong ability to resist risks for enterprises.
In 2002, Ganzhou Huajian international shoe city was invested heavily in the construction of Huajian group, which made the Huajian group accomplish the "amazing leap" of industrial pfer. It not only promoted the rapid development of Ganzhou's footwear industry and the whole regional economy in Jiangxi, but also strengthened the development, trade and brand incubation function of Huajian group's Dongguan headquarters in the world's largest footwear base, and successfully embarked on the development path of self created and acquired brand.

According to Zhang Huarong, from 2000 to 2006, China's real estate and stock market were crazy for several years. At that time, Huajian invested hundreds of millions of dollars in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, and built factories and recruited workers.
I see many real estate and stock making profits, which are several times or even dozens of times a year, and they are also unbalanced.
But after a rational analysis of the environment at home and abroad, and in line with the persistence of the industry and the sense of responsibility for enterprises and employees, the management of enterprises finally reached a consensus, focusing on industry, based on enterprises, and actively making pformation and upgrading of manufacturing.

On the basis of previous efforts, Huajian continued to carry out orderly and systematic pformation and upgrading.
