ANPIC Exhibition Opens &Nbsp; The Performance Of The Melon Shoe Shoe And Leather Industry Is Not Bad.

Guanajuato governor JuanManuelOlivaRam rez said it will invest six projects related to ANPIC in 2011, which will benefit 343 local businesses.

In the future, about $three million and two hundred thousand will be invested to improve the competitiveness of the 115 companies, and this will indirectly bring better quality of life to thousands of families in Guanajuato.

OlivaRam rez also confirmed that the state will support ANPIC's participation in international events, such as exhibitions in Hongkong, Italy and Columbia, so as to enhance the strength of the basic sector of the state's economy in order to meet the challenges of globalization.

This is the result of the efforts made by six sundry traders in Guanajuato to become 88 outstanding companies certified by the leather working group.

Moreover, this will help the shoe leather industry to be united, so that Leon will become a member of the Latin American fashion capital.

The governor said that the supply chain (footwear, leather and parts) grew worldwide, and exports in 2010 amounted to $629 million, about 46% more than in 2009.

As of 2011, exports continued to rise, reaching $155 million 600 thousand in the first quarter, up 37% from the first quarter of 2010.

Exports include 98 million 800 thousand dollars in leather and fur (+57.6%), 49 million 580 thousand dollars in 3 million 100 thousand pairs of shoes (+19%) and 7 million 240 thousand dollars in components (+14%).

With the joint efforts of governors, businessmen and ANPIC overseas activities, all of these demonstrate the excellent performance and achievements of exports.
