In addition, the upper axis of the pendulum pin has 9 upper and lower swinging movements. If there is no movement, it means that the crank 8 fixed on the upper shaft 9 of the needle pin is loosened, so we should tighten the crank 8 clamping screw in the pin.

Finally, the front crank 10 of the swing pin is swung back and forth (according to the left and right swing of the operation direction). If the front crank 10 of the pendulum is swinging around, but the needle bar rack is still not swaying, then we should check whether the slider in the front crank of the pendulum needle is not installed.

It is worth noticing that the position of the crank 6 and the crank 8 of the pendulum needle has been changed by the pendulum needle. Although the clamping screws have not been loosened, their position has been changed due to the adjustment, which also causes the movement of the pin crank 3 to lose to the crank 8 of the pin.

If there is such a situation, we should adjust the pendulum needle to adjust the crank 6, the relative axis of the spindle, the 5 mounting angle, the swing pin, the crank 8, the relative pin, the upper shaft 9 mounting angles, the needle adjusting the crank 6, the swing pin 8 in the horizontal position, and the respective clamping screws can be loosened, adjusting them one by one.
