Yin Bocheng believes that because the real estate market is not good, this year's local land sales situation is not ideal, affecting the local fiscal revenue, to a certain extent, restricts the local investment in the construction of affordable housing.
"Most local governments are under great pressure. Even if we have completed 10 million jobs this year, there will be 10 million more waiting for us next year," Yin Bocheng said.
He believes that the current local government should improve the enthusiasm of building affordable housing and raise funds through various channels. At the same time, the community appeals to central enterprises to participate more in the construction of affordable housing and assume their due social responsibilities.
