Tang Costume Has Been Forgotten &Nbsp; When Can Chinese Clothes Return To Life?

In 2003, the United Nations, through a convention on the protection of the intangible cultural heritage, asked the State Party to establish a list of non material cultural heritage of its own country, to select representative projects to declare the United Nations and to unify the protection.

So there is a new term - "non heritage".

In December 2005, the State Council decided that the second Saturday of June will be China's "Cultural Heritage Day" from 2006.

On this day, cultural heritage has become the focus of social concern.

On the fifth cultural heritage day of last year, we interviewed third garment manufacturers and their successors of the national intangible cultural heritage list with "revitalization of Chinese costume making techniques".

On the eve of this year's cultural heritage, reporters interviewed them again.

Bao Wenqi said that because of the relocation of garment factories over the past year, the workers have gone through a batch of new recruits, and a lot of energy has been spent on new training.

As non heritage protection units and inheritors, they are also spending their energies on publicizing their own heritage projects. They display high-grade cheongsam and long gowns in the arts and Crafts Museum in Gongshu District. There are also booths in Binjiang's Museum of intangible heritage. They are designing exhibitions, but the most important thing for the survival of garment factories is to improve Chinese clothing and blend them with the past so that people can accept it again.

The theme of this year's cultural heritage day is "cultural heritage and beautiful life".

Every June, before the national cultural heritage day, we will continue to pay attention to this garment factory and its inheritors, paying close attention to the "intangible heritage" in the era of rapid development, walking away from people, or gradually surviving in the fading away worries, until the resplendent resplendent.

The city is advancing at a rapid pace. In the process, some slow walkers are squeezed out of the city center. They are a luxury in Hangzhou.

One specially designed

Last year, on the fifth "intangible cultural heritage day", the reporter interviewed Bao Wenqi, director of Hangzhou Limin Chinese clothing factory, and "inheriting the Chinese costume making technology".

The clothing factory was still on the Jiangcheng road and rented Hangzhou.

This year, the Limin Chinese garment factory moved to the five fort.

The five fort is a combination of urban and rural areas. On both sides of the street, the four or five villas built by the original villagers on their homestead are rough and crowded, and their distribution is irregular.

In the alley of Main Street, there are small shops or small garment factories. Many of them are too lazy to name. They write "fruit shops", "snack bars", "clinics" and "recruiting workers".

The young boy walking through the cell phone was playing music. Yang Mi was singing "there's too much trouble in the world to forget."

The reporter telephoned Bao Wenqi, director of the factory, and Bao Wenqi said in embarrassment, he told you that the door number was useless, and the number could not find out the rules.

In the cobweb like streets and lanes, a reporter walked around and went to a ridge.

It rained just the day before, and the fields were muddy and carelessly slipped into the corn fields.

At the other end of the land is the house, near the house. The road is covered with the leftover material of a nearby garment factory. There are carpet, rain cloth and sand.

After passing through several cottages surrounding the cottage, the reporter finally found the Hangzhou Limin Chinese clothing factory.

The steel factory building is attached to a messy little garden, a large iron gate and a small iron gate, which separates the garment factory from the surrounding environment.

Bao Wenqi took out a protection plan for "revitalization of Chinese costume making skills", and plans to reveal the shyness of the clothing factory. The total investment of the one year protection plan is 80 thousand yuan.

From Jiangcheng road to five fort, the Li Min Chinese clothing factory lost half of its employees and fifty or sixty front-line workers.

"From last year to now, there has been no increase in plant production and great losses."

In fact, since the 2008 financial crisis, the Chinese garment factories are worried about their business.

"It was thought that it would be better in one or two years, and the order was not long.

Cheongsam and Tang costume are not like regular clothes. They are a bit like luxury goods. When they wear PARTY, they will be influenced by the economic environment. "

The export is out of order. Bao Wen is ready to go back to the long-standing domestic sale, but Chinese style clothes are not consistent with today's habits.

"Overseas like the old style, the better the original flavor, the less Chinese people rarely wear cheongsam and Tang costume. We have to improve it."

In the showroom, the reporters saw that the cheongsam, Tang suit, button, hand embroidery, standing collar, tight waist and right open big chef were all well behaved in the pformation of garment factories. This improvement is just as slow and difficult to find as the old factory changes.

Hangzhou GDP has maintained a two digit growth rate for 20 consecutive years, increasing by 12% in 2010 compared with the previous year. The Liming Chinese clothing factory has fallen off this express train.

"In 1986, no province in the country did not rob our clothing, and we entered various department stores through supply and marketing cooperatives.

There are trucks waiting for delivery every day at the gate of the factory. First, pay for the goods.

Chinese clothing has been abandoned gradually along with the pace of modern life, but the old scenery is still the bottom line of the elderly in the clothing factory. They firmly believe that good days will come back.

"A country's economic development will go to the root of culture, clothing is a very direct culture."

The national protection of "non heritage" is also their hope. In addition to entering museum exhibitions, they have their own production and design bases.

Bao Wenqi went back several times to Jiangcheng Road, and the old factory building was being converted into a Econo Hotel.

He also has a decoration plan to decorate a high-end store for the garment factory in the prosperous area, so that "Zhenxing" can return to the life of Hangzhou people.
